Perfekt Hotel, perfekt view, the most kindly staff especially Diea. The hotel was very clean, both inside and outside, the food was stunning. we can only recommend this hotel to everybody, also for the family with kids.

We were here in April with two small children (4 years and 7 months). It was our 7th holiday in Egypt. Arrival A very pleasant surprise when we got a free upgrade from a classic room to a family room. You just don't see that and for that a big thumbs up to the reception staff. 10/10. Room The family room was absolutely great. We ended up taking full advantage of its size with the kids. Everything was beautifully cleaned. Most importantly we also got a room right next to the main building with a restaurant, reception and bar, which with kids was another great plus for us. The bathroom was also great and spacious with a large shower. Here I must also praise the free drinks (coca cola, sprite, fanta) in the mini bar throughout our stay. This was also the first time we have seen a hotel not charge anything for this and we have been to 5* hotels as well. But it's nice to see that it's far from being a 5* hotel. Room 10/10. Resort The resort is very nice and very much maintained. With lots of pools so no one has to crowd anywhere etc. For kids, the kids pool is great with lots of slides, which my son and I spent probably half of our holiday in. For the bigger ones there is a water park with about 12 slides so there is something for everyone. It's also great that at dinner in the main restaurant there is a stage right in front of you, so you can keep the kids in sight at the mini disco even if you are eating. Resort 9/10. Beach The beach is beautiful and spacious. There is a beautiful lagoon where you can see lots of fish and animals even without glasses. The only downside is perhaps for someone who wants to go diving, we only had one green flag day when you could go into the water from the pier, so that would definitely be disappointing, but of course that's not the hotel's fault. Beach 8/10. Food The food would probably be the only thing of all that didn't downright impress us. We are not picky about food at all. But as I've mentioned here before, even in far worse hotels in terms of everything else, they had more variety in their food. Taste was no problem, but some days there wasn't much choice. So for us, 7/10. Services The service here is really top notch in all respects. At the bar you get your drinks in a normal large glass and not in small plastic cups as is usual at many all inclusive hotels. Another great thing for us was the water dispenser next to the room where we poured hot water for our daughter's nutrition. In most other hotels we had to heat it intricately in the restaurant etc. Another cool thing is that nowhere make you wait for drinks and literally "make" you sit down and then bring you everything. I'm not saying I enjoy that, but it's also a nice bonus. You can really see that the 5* here is spot on. 10/10. Summary For us it was definitely the best holiday in Egypt so far. Even with two small children we thoroughly enjoyed it and everything was made very easy for us by the little things and we felt very welcome. So far this

Very great place. Lot of swimming pools, beautiful gardens, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, they took care of everything, on the beach, in the bars and snack-points, in the restaurant, at the reception, and everywhere in the resort. Food was very good and various, the water of the sinks drinkable at all, since we washed teeth without sealed water (however available in the rooms) and we all haven't had any gastrointestinal issues. There is an animation team that arranged every day few activities and shows, tryng to interact with people, but without being too tedious. Circumscribed area in the sea, next to sandy beach where you can safely swim even when there's red flag (very windy and the sea is very wavy). Otherwise there is a long peer directly facing just beyond a beautiful coral reef. We did some beautiful snorkeling, always supervised by very expert lifeguards from the pier. They told me that sometimes is not unlike to spot even dolphins and turtles. Anyway there's even a diving center with very expert and friendly guys that can lead and accompany you to diving, even if you have zero experience. Resort also arrange lot of tours in order to let you enjoy the most beautiful place and activities red sea has to offer ( even if this should take 3 hours or more by driving). Absolutely recommended.

We came back for the second year because our daughter talked the entire year about Akassia. We were not disappointed. Last year we wrote a 5-star review. This year was even better. If I could choose one thing above all is the friendliness of the people. Everyone is smiling and making the best that they can to make our holiday perfect: - One day I had lunch alone. I had a meeting. My family stayed at the beach. The waiters saw me, they didn't know that I was alone. I went to get food. When I was back, I found the table arranged for 3 people and beer for my husband. All without me asking for anything. - The animation team was perfect. They had lots of activities for children and adults. They were warm and very approachable. Our daughter loved them. She was shy at the beginning, then she was looking forward to the evening activities. Her favorite people were Judi, Sophia and Mr. Fox. - The guy that was cleaning our room took always care that we have spotless room, beverages in the fridge and from time to time a towel animal for our daughter. - The personnel at the Aqua Park were always helping and playing games with our daughter. - The hotel manager was everywhere. He seemed to be a humble man, as he wasn't shy to carry a plate of food for us. - The doctor in the hotel clinic that helped our husband with his recurrent ear infection. He was cured in few days and able to enjoy the water again. What we loved here: - Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. I love the mattress here. I had insomnia at home. Here I slept like a baby. - The Aqua Park. Lots of options for all ages and skills. - Snorkelling. We were lucky to get 2 days with a green flag. The sea was amazing. Beautiful corals and lots of colourful fish. - The size of the resort. Big enough to make us move. I easily did more than 10k steps every day without even feeling tired. For people that want to move less, it's possible, too, as everything is in the proximity. - The food. Lots of options, both fresh and cooked food. For me healthy food is more important. I was very happy for the rich option of vegetables, fruits and grills. We never had any stomach issue. Great job. - There were lots of special activities like foam party, beach party, cocktail party. Thank you for making our holiday great.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. A beautiful garden, well-kept swimming pools, a varied seaside and wonderful hospitality. A great place to relax and unwind. I especially recommend the service at the lobby bar, and especially the waiter Wagdy.

My wife and I are back for the second time and our experience was better than the previous one in February 2023. All the staff were amazing and super kind and all our requests, when possible, have been accomplished. The room was quite big and above all very clean. The restaurant serves international and Italian foods (pizzas and pasta) and the varieties and quality satisfied our appetite. Last night of our holiday we had an issue with the air conditioning system and they tried to fix it until 10:30 PM; unfortunately, they didn't solve the problem, but we appreciated it a lot the attempt and the management proposed to change the room but that was our last night so.... A special thanks to Esmael (maitre), Mohamed (chef chief), and Mohamed cooked every day our beef and chicken burgers at Sea View Bar.

Our family room was in excellent condition, clean, spacious, with aged but good condition wardrobe in the hall. Spacious and bright bathroom with comfortable shower. Big balcony with very nice view of the pool. Top floor rooms have amazing height and rounded roofs. Our check in went pretty smooth as well as check out and other deals we had in the reception. The food was fresh and had enough variety to satisfy our expectations. Especially nice vegetables, salads and fruits. Variety of meats, fish, etc. All the bars have quality coffee machines serving perfect espresso. Nice big inner area with all 4 pools and plenty of palms and flowers make it a nice place to walk through on the way to the beach. Due to the travelling with a 5 yo we spend most of the times in the aquapark but the little one enjoyed as well the time spent in the Kids Club with variety of activities like drawing, body painting, games and dancing. Friendly staff in the lobby, room assistance, bars and restaurant - most of the staff willing to help with honest smile on the face. Aquapark facilities are awesome. There is a 50m pool and the gym open from 8 till 20 hrs. The only unpleasant issue we had when leaving the hotel beach for the walk. The hotel staff member Eltayeb screamed and shouted at us and continued to argue when asked not to shout - it was the far end of the Akassia Swiss Hotel area. But the whole experience in Sentido Akassia Hotel was a great one and I can honestly recommend this place! Thanks much guys for our great time with you
