ホテルの設備はとても良く、エリアには純粋な美しい自然があります。 ビーチは 1 ～ 2 か所の砂浜を除いて岩が多く、シュノーケリングは素晴らしいです。 部屋は清潔で快適です。食べ物は美味しいですが、種類が少ないです。 メインプールは混雑していて、十分に清潔ではないと感じましたが、2番目のメインプール（バーはありません）はとても清潔でリラックスできました。 全体的な経験は予算の点で非常に良いです

From arrival to departure we were looked after so well by all the staff at Novotel and by the Animation team. The rooms were outstanding, clean and the staff were so accommodating. The food was fabulous and the chef and service teams made every effort to provide variety, and cater for many tastes. They were also particularly hygienic wearing gloves when serving etc. The beach , house reef and pools were part of a great holiday. We would definitely visit again. Thank you to Abdul on reception for looking after us. Thank you also to Carlotta and Kai from the Animation team that made us and our children have a fun time . One tip is do not leave food unattended in the outdoor terrace as the little birds think you have left it for them... a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a super location

Really nice place, great people and all employees! Food was great, rooms clean and what I like the most it was guiet 👍 Nice place for couple without children. We had access to wifi all the time. If there was any trouble owe got help very fast. I can only recommended this place! And people's working there are always smiling and are friendly! Thank you for that🤗 We would like to come back in the future with pleasure ❤️

We went on vacation as a group of 9 people and I must admit that we have never had so much fun. We were lucky to meet Aya at the very beginning of the trip, who took care of our comfort and thanks to whom we took part in karaoke, artistic evenings, but also yoga and aqua aerobics exercises. It was not only fun, but also professional - I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I see that Aya knows this topic. Thank you for a great time! Apart from Aya, the biggest advantage was the beautiful coral reef next to the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff.

The experience at the hotel was exceptional! A special shout-out to Ayman Redwan for his outstanding assistance. The hotel brimmed with engaging activities and the animation team truly brought the fun. It's a perfect retreat for both couples and families looking for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed for a week, fully enjoying the hotel facilities and in particular the main pool with Ahmed. We appreciated the entertainment and the kindness and hospitality of all the staff. Special thanks to the waiter Mohamed Yousef and the reception team with Mostafa Ismail and Mohamed Hassan. Special thanks also for the doctor Omar wal.

It was a very nice holiday, the food was a bit above average but the personnel was always very kind and available. The structure of the hotel was outstanding, really loved the architecture and the lights during the night. The beach was not great, but there are a lot of trips available to go to places where the sea was better, also with a lot of snorkeling options. I would recommend to choose the trips with the hotel, instead of external agencies, which are a lot better and more thoughtful. The animation was also really good, especially thanks to Carlotta and Jamaica, always very inclusive and funny.
