Exceptional Experience at Mövenpick Hurghada! Our stay at Mövenpick Hurghada was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and professional service at the reception. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The restaurant experience was outstanding, with a perfectly organized team of managers ensuring top-notch service. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The spa was a true oasis of relaxation, providing excellent treatments in a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team who maintained everything to the highest standards. And the beach—simply stunning! The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

The Beach is perfect clean and Beautiful. The guys From animation team they are kind and helpfully all of them. Especially I will mention Afroto for the guy how was always with smile 😃 and positive energy 💪 The food in the hotel is Nice,everyone can fine something what they like to eat,especially they have every day some Traditional food on menu.

We arrived late at night on 21st january, for 2 weeks with some friends. We had a problem at first because we wanted downstairs rooms, because 2 of us had just had operations . The reception staff finally got what we needed. We went for something to eat which was really good after a long flight. It got better the next day as we were walking around to get our bearings we came across Hossam who we met some 10 years before and we had become good friends. All i can say is that Hossam made our holiday. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, Ismail always got water for us in the morning. There is always something to eat, my one complaint is that the food should be alot hotter, because by the time you get it and walk back to your table it has gone cold. The guest relations were tremendous help with our tranfers. Overall we had a fantastic holiday

it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there
