It was absolutely a fabulous stay! The camp's location — being slightly away from the main camp area gave me a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility. The facilities are impressively new and well-maintained, and it is lovely to know that this is a family-run business that also offers tours — it adds such a personal and authentic touch to the whole experience. Our stay at Adel Rum Camp was truly memorable and one of the highlights of our Jordan trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Bedouin hospitality that made us feel at home. The camp is beautifully located deep in the Wadi Rum desert, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and complete peace. The tents were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with warm bedding that made the nights very cosy despite the desert cold. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The traditional dinner was delicious and generous, followed by a lovely evening around the fire under a sky full of stars — an experience we will never forget. The jeep tour arranged by the camp was excellent and gave us a real sense of the beauty and history of Wadi Rum. Everything was well organised and relaxed, without feeling rushed. If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful, and welcoming desert experience, Adel Rum Camp is an excellent choice. Highly recommended, and we would happily return again.

We had a good stay here and the family who run it were very friendly and accomodating however I do feel the camp seemed a little outdated and some areas the cleanliness was not up to scratch. With a few amendments this camp could be improved

This family business provides prompt and thoughtful service. The owner Adel and his brothers are hospitable, kind, and friendly. They can take you all around the desert, and make individual arrangements. The activities include desert jeep rides, stargazing, camel rides, sunset watching, dinner cooked in the ground, and a tea gathering. Card payments are available. The bubble tents are comfortable and overlook the desert. Views are spectacular, service is great, and the experience is inspiring.

Well run boutique family glamping. Very good Dinner and breakfast included. Jeep desert safari at sunset and star gazing (after dinner) all arranged by the owners and very reasonable costs. Communications from booking to arrival logistics all easy and smooth.

Owner was quite friendly and supportive to let us enjoy our stay as much as possible

Let me just say that these bubble tents are probably the nicest "hotel" rooms I've ever stayed in! And they just so happen to be in the middle of the desert with amazing views! Adel was kind, cheerful and very helpful arranging day excursions. Belal is an excellent 4x4 driver that made the shuttle in and out of camp quite fun! The bedouin were so welcoming and always providing "bedouin whiskey" 😉. They also made a delicious traditional underground-cooked meal (zarb)! Highly recommended!

We had a bad experience upon arrival with the rude staff, completely ruined our trip. I would not recommend Adel rum camp. Adel made us very uncomfortable on arrival trying to force us to cancel our day trip in wadi rum the next day, using scare tactics such as scams etc. he was trying to get us to spend his money with him but we had planned our trip in advanced. The trips he was offering us were only short and I don’t think they even went inside the protected area. I’m not sure why he was so annoyed about us spending our money elsewhere when we had already paid a lot to him to stay at his camp? He made our arrival very difficult and confrontational which really ruined our trip to wadi rum.
