ロビーに足を踏み入れると、キンモクセイの香りが迎えてくれました。とても良い香りで、心が落ち着きました。ロビーはもちろん、部屋のインテリアも最高です。大好きです。テレビでは近くの観光スポットとその紹介も見ることができます。 カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、特に Xiao Liu さんは、日帰り旅行の提案やガイドをたくさんしてくれました。本当に助かりました。彼女はとても思いやりがあり、ロビーを通るたびに私たちに挨拶し、気温が下がったので毛布をしっかりかけておくようにと注意してくれました。

Great hotel—anticipated need, provide exceptional service When checking in, front desk 西袖provided necessary information like aircon tuning tips that makes our stay more comfortable. She also recommended a lunch place nearby that turned out to be a highly recommended eatery. The hotel provided, besides welcome drinks and snacks, little things like dry shampoo, dental floss sticks etc in a ‘treasure chest’ very thoughtful. Most impressive is the laundry room. It is so well equipped that many hotels pale in comparison. Besides washer, dryer that a provided free for use, they even provide free detergents, not just for machines but also hand wash. The room comes with a basin for hand washing and steamer and normal iron. It also install sofa for guest to wait comfortably. Only suggestion is to brighten the room more. The hotel is well situated. With 5 minutes walk to Wanda. The room cost includes the breakfast and supper, thus it is not more expensive and definitely value for money. The breakfast spread is enough to cater to international palate. I also like that all the quanzhou snacks that everyone raved about is served here and quite well done. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting quanzhou. In fact, I myself is actively seeking out hotels of the same brand when moving to next destination

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend QUANZHOU WEST ST. GUCHENG ALLEY YU Hotel to anyone visiting Quanzhou. Thank you for a memorable stay! ---

Very well located new hotel. Within walking distance to some tourist attractions. Clean room. The room was a bit small. Lack of space for hanging clothes. The current provision of clothes hangers over the toilet bowl is NOT ACCEPTABLE AND Unhygienic. The biggest disappointment was the bed which was ROCK HARD 😭. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 🥵 This is because the bed is only the base without a mattress on top. ????? Customer service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Han and Ms Zeng for providing great assistance to us.

ホテルは西街の近くにあり、開元市(250m)まで徒歩圏内です。周辺にはたくさんの食べ物。ホテルには車がアクセスできず、幹線道路から荷物を少し(2500m)ドラッグする必要があります。ホテルにはエレベーターがありませんが、1階を与えられたので大丈夫です。 Xi Jieに直接ないので、夜はとても静かです。私は間違いなくこのホテルを家族や友人にお勧めします。

部屋はとてもきれいで、これは私の最も満足のいく場所であり、ベッドはとても快適です。遊びに来るとき、最も重要なことはよく休むことです。そうしないと、それは全体の旅に影響を与えます。それは完全に価格に見合う価値があります。価格は非常に高いです。ホテルでこんなに安定して眠ることはめったにありません。部屋は新しく改装され、独特の臭いはなく、カーテンは自動で、フロントデスクのサービスもとても良いです。ホテルを予約したとき、私は少し躊躇しました。ホームステイを見たのは700、800、さらには数千泊だったので、300泊以上はひどいものになるのではないかと心配していましたが、予想をはるかに超えていて、とてもきれいでした。防音もとても良く、ぐっすり眠れます。泉州への旅にとても良い経験をもたらしました!素晴らしい、私は誰もが安心して滞在することをお勧めします!信頼ではありません!

臨時騰出假期過來泉州玩，泉州真是一個值得慢慢逛，深入體驗的城市。古城很舒服節奏很慢。這次住的谷城酒店是本次旅程最好的選擇，酒店在一個4A景區內，安靜景觀好，這次住的闊景雙床，陽台和樹木灑進窗台，兩張1.5米的床，很大很舒服很柔軟，酒店的裝修風格是屬於原木自然風格，2樓的露台拍照很好看。前台的服務很熱情，都會主動介紹旅遊的細節，保潔大姐見到客人也會主動打招呼。衞生做的也非常乾淨，給這次旅程劃上圓滿的句號。

工作人員服務熱情，進出酒店前台小姐姐們都會熱情的打招呼，主動問好，預訂大床房給我做了升級，房間是落地窗，視野開闊，很舒服，房間是很規則的長方形。去餐廳吃早餐時，工作人員都會問好！明檔那邊阿姨，給我加了好多菜，吃的好飽，需要什麼也有及時提供。入住期間，借了一把指甲刀，有及時送到，感覺整體服務還是比較不錯。退房時在大堂等車，坐了一會，工作人員有倒茶水，從入住的問候，一杯茶，感覺很温暖！以後出差還會住這家。

在冬天的泉州旅遊小旺季，性價比非常高。帶小孩出門最看重的是衞生和房間寬敞，沒有潮氣濕氣，應該是重新裝修的酒店，比較新。但是洗手池水流通不是很好，周圍比較冷清，只有黎明大學的一條很短的小吃街，但是安靜。
