ロビーに足を踏み入れると、キンモクセイの香りが迎えてくれました。とても良い香りで、心が落ち着きました。ロビーはもちろん、部屋のインテリアも最高です。大好きです。テレビでは近くの観光スポットとその紹介も見ることができます。 カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、特に Xiao Liu さんは、日帰り旅行の提案やガイドをたくさんしてくれました。本当に助かりました。彼女はとても思いやりがあり、ロビーを通るたびに私たちに挨拶し、気温が下がったので毛布をしっかりかけておくようにと注意してくれました。

Good for our group of three. The most impressed is separated the washing, showing and toilet area. The loction is ok near the Wanda plaza but shall not mentioned wanda plaza to get customer high expectations about wanda plaza, actually about 500m away.

This is a new hotel located in the Fengze area. You can take the bus to the main attractions if you are not keen to walk, the bus station is just less than 100m away from the hotel. There are a lot of food options nearby. The room is small but fine for solo traveller, in-room amenities are sufficient. The staff are very friendly and courteous, they provided excellent service. The WiFi connection was not good, but the staff solved the problem as soon as possible and offered a room upgrade for compensation. I would greatly recommend this hotel!

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend QUANZHOU WEST ST. GUCHENG ALLEY YU Hotel to anyone visiting Quanzhou. Thank you for a memorable stay! ---

酒店地理位置不錯，距離萬達廣場步行一公里（兩個紅綠燈），距離泉州客運站也是一公里（兩個紅綠燈）客運站可以坐中巴16元一個人泉州→崇武古城一小時路程。酒店離開元寺6公里路 關廟文廟中山路都4公里多點很方便。過年泉州所有公交車和小白車免費。酒店唯一不足之處就是早餐一般，然後就是給早餐券的操作流程不好，希望改成刷卡而不是用券，因為工作人員會忘記後面兩晚餐泉沒有喝喝入住的顧客。當天入住諮詢過前台餐券會放到房間但實際沒有還是我打電話詢問才送上來的，第二天和第三天也是一樣沒送我也懶得打電話要畢竟不好吃。其他都很滿意。

Beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel in a great locarjon, very near Kaiyuan temple and west street where all the food stores are. Also walkable to the Confucius temple and mosque. The room is modern clean and comfortable. Our special thanks to Ms Chen who went above and beyond in her duties. Thank you !!

這次和好朋友過來泉州定了這家酒店，預訂完酒店就來了電話入住提醒，詢問了我們的出行方式，知道我們是動車過來還貼心的告訴我們距離時間等等，還未入住就讓我對這家酒店充滿了期待。到店辦理入住前台小姐姐還給我們倒了兩杯熱茶（亞朵的茶葉還挺好喝），入住的時候前台小姐姐告訴我們晚上餐廳有粥可以使用。和朋友晚上逛完西街回來去洗衣房洗衣服，剛好看到餐廳開着，就進去喝了碗小米粥，説實話這個晚上有夜粥確實挺不錯的，因為衣服洗的時間久，想着第二天再下來取，沒想到第二天開門衣服已經被送回門口了，服務好好！另外要特別感謝酒店的銷售小哥哥，當天着急去動車站打不到車，前台幫忙聯繫銷售小哥哥開車送我們去車站，太感謝了！！這次和朋友選亞朵入住想着他們家的床品舒服，枕頭好睡，沒想到服務也這麼好，和朋友這次來泉州玩的很開心！

臨時訂的酒店結果還超預期，衞生、早餐、服務都挺好，早餐需要早點去高峯時候人比較多，需要等位子；地理位置挺好，去西街很方便也有小白車，我們還在前台買了紀念品，性價比還是非常高的，可以推薦，位置不錯，周邊環境很好。

從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被滿滿的高級感包圍。前台工作人員帶着温暖的笑容，熱情又迅速地幫我辦理了入住，還細心介紹了酒店的各項服務，讓我瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。 走進房間，我直接被驚艷到。套房空間超大，佈局合理，客廳寬敞明亮，擺放着柔軟舒適的沙發，休息或接待朋友都很方便；卧室温馨靜謐，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去就像被雲朵輕輕託着，一覺睡到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，設施乾淨又高級，超大的浴缸讓我在忙碌一天後能盡情放鬆。房間裏的智能設備也超讚，燈光、窗簾、空調都能一鍵操控控，滿滿的科技感。 酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。客房服務響應速度超快，有任何需求都能及時解決。而且酒店位置超棒，周邊景點、餐廳、遊玩一應俱全，出行十分方便。 這次的入住體驗實在是太棒了！無論是設施還是服務，都挑不出一點毛病。下次來谷城酒店，我肯定還選這家酒店，也強烈推薦給大家！
