Excellent service

10 lads Golf trip in April for 4 nights and could not fault the hotel. Rooms clean , breakfast spot on and location superb. Pool and bar area very good. Will definately return.

A group of 12 of us stayed here over the weekend in three senior suits . The rooms were superb , clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was nice and fresh each morning and again the staff were so nice , i would recommend this hotel to anyone ! see you again next year !

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vilamoura, Portugal, and it was incredible. The room was a dream - a huge, comfy bed with lots of pillows and blankets, a massive bathroom mirror, and a balcony with stunning sea views. Loved the added convenience of a desk with a TV and HDMI connector for movies. The continental breakfast spread was a great start to the day, and the staff were amazing, available 24/7 for anything we needed. Helped out with luggage storage, even after we checked out we got to use shower and changing room facilities. They even provided beach towels and made a follow-up call after we checked out to make sure we got to the airport okay. This kind of attention and care is rare and so appreciated. Can’t wait to book with Vila Gale Hotels again!

Very good hotel, fantastic view from the room, bathroom big enough with big shower. Dryer in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, very nice staff. Reception staff amazing. So close to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and marina. Breakfast was very good. I’m eating fresh bread so I don’t need to use toaster😂😂. Thank you , we will be back.

Such a pleasant place to stay March 2024 Arrived midnight in Sunday 24th March, check in very simple and easy, room was very clean, staff very polite, went down for brekkie at 08.30 and could not fault the breakfast something for everyone, now time to get shuttle bus to Dom Pedro Pinhal golf course and again very easy, asked at desk and within 10 minutes the mini bus was here to take us to golf course, everything was repeated over the 4 days and 1000% easy for everything and nothing was a trouble for staff If i had one negative feedback this would be there is no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, should this be available in the rooms then 10/10 but without this 9/10

We received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel is ideally located on the marina. We had a lovely sea view room. It was spotlessly clean and well serviced all week. Breakfast was really good. The only reason I wouldn't give five stars was that the bedding could be upgraded to duvets instead of blankets. We would visit again.

Perfect hotel in such a stunning location. The views from the 8th floor are incredible. My room was comfortable and spotless. Very good choice of breakfast, I’d recommend the freshly made omelettes. You can have breakfast delivered to your room. I asked to have a kettle in my room which was delivered with tea coffee milk. Every member of staff were all friendly and helpful. I’ve lodged my bag in safe location at the hotel until my flight. Booked via first choice and very good service. I will definitely return.
