Such a lovely visit to Hotel Cap Diamant. The hotel was awesome. Beautiful furniture and rooms and lovely hospitality. And on top of all this a wonderful location. Only 9 rooms and you feel like you’re in your own home. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Hotel Cap Diamand is a Five Diamond rating. Well decorated, well located, very quiet and with a Diamond service from the host Chantal and Paule! It is a place with multiple little attention, snack, filter, coffee, dinner reservation help, healty breakfast. Strongly recommand

I booked this hotel in February 2023 for a 3 night stay from 28th September 2023. The hotel has sent me a cancellation e-mail (11-8-23) with no explanation as to why is has been cancelled. I have tried, repeatedly, to contact them with out success and now, having read reviews by others, I understand why! It is outrageous that they chose to deal with customers in this manner (for whatever reason or cause) and I also believe that websites such as Tripadviser should not be advertising their existence if this is their chosen way of dealing with customers. Hopefully, I can find a suitable replacement hotel with a warm welcome...

My partner and I booked this property three months prior to check in based on reviews here. Then exactly a month prior to our arrival, we received an automated email stating that our reservation was cancelled and no further details were provided. We needed to call the property to try and determine what happened. When we called, we could only reach a voicemail, which said that they were closed for renovations and that if we received a cancellation email, it was correct. We feel that this was very unprofessional of the property to just send the automated email. They could have explained their situation. Perhaps there was water or fire damage and they needed to close and address the issues. Otherwise it looks like poor planning and even poorer communication. We do not plan on returning to this property when we come back to Quebec City.

My partner and I visited Quebec City for Carnaval this year with two friends. I happened upon this hotel in my search for rooms. I am normally rely heavily on reviews to determine if I should stay or not, and given the hotel’s recent renovation, there was limited info to go on. I am so glad I took a chance on Hotel Cap Diamant. The location was perfect inside the old city a stone’s throw from the Frontenac and all the best restaurants and shops. The staff (Chantale and Paule, I believe) were so welcoming. The rooms were beautifully updated. Ours had a fireplace lit with electric candles. The bedding was super comfortable and the pillows were firm but not too much so (they also were the heaviest pillows I’ve ever used!). There was coffee and snacks in each room. The bathroom was cozy, but again, beautifully updated and super clean. We had breakfast each day which included fruit, cheese, and croissants. The staff were telling us they have plans to continue updating into the summer to include a pool and possibly a workout space? I was definitely blown away and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Amazing 3 night stays at Hotel Cap Diamant!! The hotel has been completely renovated last fall. World class service, beautiful luxurious furniture and accessories, full organic hair and skin product, charming and private location. We loved our experience!! We will definitely go back!!

Amazing classy hotel! Very cozy with great service! Highly recommend. The room furniture is well built and very stylished. The bed was also super comfortable. The hotel is really well located, close to everything by foot. There is even a parking reserved for the hotel which is super rare in old Quebec!

We spent a wonderful 3 day stay in Hotel Cap Diamant . Wonderful time. The rooms are extremely well furnished ( the beds, pillows and linens are the greatest ! ) The common areas are very well appointed, cozy and comfortable. This hotel is in a very convenient location to visit the old town of Quebec. Would and will return!

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Cap Diamant in Quebec, where the exceptional service provided by Paule truly stood out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The on-site amenities exceeded expectations, offering a variety of options for relaxation and enjoyment.
