nice stay, a little loud, next to the motorway, but good option for overnight stay

La chambre est très grande , agréable dès l’entrée mais la fenêtre un peu petite pour laisser entrer la lumière du jour dans toute la chambre . Un peu déçue de la salle de bain , elle n’était pas fidèle aux photos lors de la réservation … de plus l’eau ne s’écoulait pas bien dans la canalisation comme si il y avait un bouchon . La propreté plutôt bien mais il manquait des mouchoirs et du papier toilette également ( il en restait peu ). Ça reste une chambre très agréable mais le service de chambre qui frappe avant l’heure de départ pour 12h c’est moyen également et la forte influence du week-end de Pâques à l’hôtel on entendait les clients de la chambre d’à côté parler avec leur enfants . Autrement la chambre était spacieuse et les jeux de lumières led dans la salle de bain ne nous a pas laissé indifférent :) . Ça reste un très bon séjour passé chez vous !

Very good stay, however there were insufficient tables in the cafe for breakfast. We had to sit on chairs in the lobby to eat breakfast off our knees with 3 small children.

The Staff was very cordial and the room was clean. The location though is a little more a kilometer from the nearest Tramstop

***PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU STAY*** The 1st night we couldnt understand why the room was so hot, even though we tried to turn the aircon on, it still seemed very hot. 2nd night of the 30th Dec, we had the same problem. The room temp was around 25degrees Celsius. Again we tried to turn the aircon on and nothing happened. I went to reception and Anne Charlotte informed me that during colder months the deactivate the aircon in the Hotel, she said that if its too hot, I should open the window....REALLY!!!! In this day and age, we have to open a window especially a Motoway side of the Hotel window. Needless to say, we were not happy. Why is this not mentioned on their website???? ******* couldnt help and said that I need to take it up with the Manager who happens to be on holiday.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Perfect location when driving to the south from the Netherlands. Nice that breakfast and charging your car is included.

The evening manager who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. We arrived around 8pm having driven from St Tropez and were exhausted, so his smiling face and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach was exactly what we needed. From recommending somewhere to eat, to helping our sons practice their French and generally being upbeat and welcoming, he was brilliant. Hotel facilities were excellent, room spotless, huge shower, pool and amazing breakfast (by the pool!). We will definitely stay again en route through France 👍
