Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special mention and thanks to Ernesto. Location couldn't be better: a few steps to the historic center. One suggestion I have is to have more variety in the continental breakfast.

We were placed on the last floor and it was hard for me, being a senior to be walking up and down a flight of stairs. I was short of breath due to altitude issues and on top of that , the constant going up and down made it worse. The staff were a sweetheart though, very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Great property with very friendly staff. The area gets a little weird at night so it can get a little hard to get around. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean and comfortable.

The young man at the front desk was really awesome. It seemed like he ran the whole place all by himself. He was always busy but always remained in a pleasant humble mood. If I returned to Quito, I would stay at this hotel again. It was also in a great location, close to all the historical sites to check off my bucket list. Thank you so much! Tia

The staff was very helpful and nice. I had booked one room and ended up needing 2 additional rooms. The staff accommodated me immediately. The parking was available about two blocks away at certain hours and it is very difficult to double park around the hotel. Uber is highly suggested.

A complete and utter disaster. This "hotel" is not a hotel. It is essentially a hostel. The pictures are fake. There is no staff onsite which means to get in AND OUT of the hotel, they have to unlock a door. So, expect to be literally trapped inside and unable to leave until the staff shows up. There is a significant fire danger. They do not clean the rooms and only provide one towel during the entire stay (which does not get cleaned). There is not free breakfast as advertised. Further, there is a motion sensor bell which rings all the time so don't expect much sleep. Even though it's $50 a night, you could spend just a little bit more and actually feel safe.

This is a very dangerous place to stay. There is no attendant on staff, except for a couple hours. The hotel’s main door locks from the inside and outside meaning that a staff person must be present for you to enter and leave. Was stuck outside for hours! This also means you will be locked inside for about 12 hours until the attendant unlocks the main door (a big fire hazard). There is no breakfast despite it says it is included. They do not give any clean towels during the stay (you have to reuse it) and no soap provided. There is also a bell which rings every five minutes throughout the night and it sounds throughout the building.

Beautiful hotel in the historic sector of Quito. Climbing the stairs to our room on the third floor made me a little out of breath.

Great hotel with character. Clean, safe and friendly staff.
