+ plus 1) We had breakfast included in the price - it was satisfactory 2) Contact with the staff (women) in English at a good level 3) good base for outings - minus 1) The room itself was not tragic, but the bathroom is a veritable dump, the view from the balcony even worse. 2) In the room without ear stoppers it was impossible to sleep, the door stuck to the bed 3) It is also worth adding that it stank in the bathroom from the septic tank 4) The damaged cistern was repaired with glue (which fixed the problem for 1 day after which it flew apart)

The hotel staff was amazing, warming and professional.. front desk reception was very sweet and kind… love This place… highly recommended… we were well explain of all what we can go and see around. Many places nearby… great hotel location🥰

My experience in this Hotel was amazing! I stayed here for almost 1 week and it was one of my best experiences! One of the key points of this hotel was its location in the center of Vlora and the possibility to go to the beach in two other Regina Group hotels, of course that's free! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the cleaning ladies were very kind and the rooms were every morning ready cleaned and organized as if you just entered for the first time! The breakfast was plentiful and fantastic! The communication was an example for many other hotels, the staff to give you a warmth like a family!I will come here for sure again next year❤️

We had an apartment cancelled last minute and found this hotel online and called to make a booking which was 150euro cheaper. We booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 5. The rooms were clean and tidy. The Air Con was terrible which made our nights unpleasant and the bathroom had no shelving what so ever. Location was ideal as you can walk to the city centre or to the beach. There was no pool how ever you can use Regina City Hotel pool and beach which was a very big bonus. I would actually stay at Regina City Hotel next time I come. Breakfast in Albania is simple so don’t expect too much. The elevator was way too slow and we all avoided using it. Parking was good however dinner time a lot of guests come and take up the parking spots so avoid using car at that time otherwise you could miss out finding a parking spot. Staff were easy going besides. We did have power turn off a couple times while there and the room was already hot cause of bad A/C.

This hotel is amazing place with a perfect location in center of Vlora................................The staff was so much friendly and you feeling like you are in your house,,,,,,,,,I recommend all people to come and visit this Hotel

, The hotel Regina Garden in Vlore is a almost new hotel wich is suited near the center of Vlore en 100 mtrs from the beach. The room we had was on the first floor on the streetside , the room is about 25 m2 and had a large balcony. When we arrived they were forgotten to book our reservation so there was some panic by the receptionist and the manager. They let us wait for more then 1 hour, no excuses and no drinks given to us ( 36 gr Celsius) for the long waiting. No explanation during this waiting and we were unattended. Respectless treatment esspecially by the manager. !!!! The room we got after 1 hour was not clean ( hairs on the floor etc ) no towel change after day 1 and more. My advice to the readers of this site , search for another hotel

Hotel carino, in una buona posizione. Stanze: moderne, bagno ampio, letto king-size e pulite. Chiedete una stanza al 2 piano. Quelle al terzo mi sono sembrate più vecchie e con ancora sistemate. Wi-Fi: perfettamente funzionante Posizione: ottima, a pochi passi dal porto e dal lungomare con tutti i locali. Parcheggio: disponibile sia di fronte l’hotel sia in strada Colazione: abbastanza varia, dolce e salata. Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias y la nuestra triple, enorme, un poco austera la decoración pero el hotel está bastante bien, está en una zona tranquila y se puede ir andando a la playa, lo recomiendo por situación y limpieza, buen trato

Hotel situato a due passi dal Porto di Valona. Buoni i servizi offerti, pulizia giornaliera della camera, servizio navetta per una piccola spiaggia riservata agli ospiti dell’hotel, colazione (ottima e completa per tutti i gusti) e ristorante su cui devono ancora migliorare. Nota negativa per la spiaggia, sporca, poco curata (lettini rotti e materassini molto sporchi) e soprattutto priva di personale addetto. La struttura mette a disposizione anche un servizio escursione con due battelli di proprietà che consiglio di fare. Nota super positiva per tutto il personale, con a capo Emmanuel, persone molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta e innamorate del proprio lavoro.
