Very clean Hotel and the service received from all staff was absolutely superb. Every time we called them they came straight away and resolved our issue. The food at the hotel was absolutely lovely too. We have stayed at this hotel a few times

Hotel is right in the middle of town and very convenient to shopping and transport routes . Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful . Hotel is clean and breakfast excellent . Recommend to anyone to stay . Just speak up if need any service . Food you can order Anu time and wifi is free quite powerful .

What an amazing property to spend your vacation time. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that we stayed at this property. 34 nights in total between Nov 23 and March 24. The Doshi family are running this like a completely family oriented property. The minute you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by the security guards, the reception staff, special thanks to Shakti Bhai snd Bakul Bhai and the bell boys. The rooms and corridor of the hall way are very clean at all times and comfortable to stay in. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. Housekeeping staff is excellent and meet all requests in a timely ***ner should you need anything like additional towels, toiletries etc. Special thanks to Kunal and his team and the laundry service is excellent all do nicely washed ironed and sent back same day! The quality of food at breakfast, room service and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety is great, tasty food and always kept hot and served and topped up well at all times. The staff in the restaurant are so professional, polite friendly and very hard working always with a smile. Special thanks to Govind Bhai, Raju Bhai, Gagan Bhai and Tej Bhai for constantly looking after us but all staff are excellent Hotel is constantly being cleaned and it is completely like staying at home away from home. Such a friend atmosphere, great positive aura and I would definitely keep going back and highly recommend this beautiful property. Keep up the good work - love coming back to this place

We had an awesome stay at this hotel for 25 days . Staff was really amazing and helpful especially Koushal at front desk was really helpful and made out stay comfortable Breakfast has an wide spread and has all the varieties North Indian , South Indian ,Gujrati (especially Kha*** Dhokla) , Fruits each and every item was superb . Relaxing massage chair was really relaxing . They provide foreign exchange, cab service everything Thanks to Evergrand for making our stay memorable We would love to stay again with evergrand

We landed late in Rajkot Jan 2024 from the UK after a delay at Mumbai. Checked in, had 5 Rooms 7 Adults. When we got to the rooms, they were so dirty, The ceiling fan was hanging off the ceiling with the electrical wires very hazardous. The bathrooms were filthy. You would not even want to go barefoot in the shower. I went straight down to Reception & asked if we could be moved & he goes, there are no other rooms. I told him the rooms are not acceptable in these conditions. He just stared at me & said he could not do anything. I called my agent straight away & he came straight over to the hotel. He had spoken to the owner, who wasn't co-operative at all. We were so lucky as our agent was so good that he moved us from this hotel to a beautiful, safe & clean hotel. This was definitely not a good start to our holiday. This owner of this establishment is not considerate at all, did not think of the customers requirements, the health & safely is terrible. We could not believe that he still charged us the full price for 5 rooms for days we had booked. He was so stubborn that he said he was going to lose money. We couldn't believe the way he behaved. We went past a number of times while we were in Rajkot, and this hotel was full, so he made money on us and new guests that occupied our rooms. Please beware & avoid this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Ever Grand in Rajkot. While the rooms were a bit dated, we didn't experience much discomfort. However, we were shocked by the use of margarine in the live food counter during breakfast. When we inquired, they initially claimed it was just another name for butter. This surprised us as we know how unhealthy margarine is, and we were concerned about the staff denying it. We raised our concerns with the ***ager, who made baseless statements about butter and margarine being no different. He insisted that all nearby hotels also use margarine, a claim we strongly disagreed with.It's truly disappointing for a hotel ranked as a 4-star establishment to serve its guests, who are paying substantial amounts daily, with such unhealthy fats. Therefore, we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who is even slightly concerned about their health.

This hotel fulfilled all my expectations. An exclusively vegetarian hotel with a fantastic breakfast spread and dedicated staff. The hotel is strategically located and the Gandhi Museum is at a walkable distance. Make sure to utilize the free massage chairs!

Wonderful stay for one night. The room is big and having all amenities. The staff is helpful and breakfast is very good. This hotel is near to current airport but the airport is going far away from city next month. It is in city centre and easy approachable. I recommend to stay here All the best

It was my second stay at this hotel on account of work trip. The hotel is located at Limda chowk. Easily accessible from the railway station. The rooms are somewhat clean. Lets sum up the stay at this property ! The positives : - The hotel is located nearby from Rajkot railway station around 2 kms. - The rooms are somewhat clean. - Availability of good restaurants in nearby like Honest, Adingo, etc. The hotel has their own restaurant. Tried but not that great. - The delux category rooms are recommended for solo travellors. Very small rooms. - The hotel staff is quick and responsive. - Ample amount of parking available in case you are travelling by car. The negatives : - What disturbs inside the rooms are constant play of the pests in the rooms as well as bathroom. - The linens provided are not checked by the staff. I was provided a torn towel ! - The property needs to undertake a pest control. - The night lamps are not in working condition. Overall, would recommend this hotel for a short solo or business travel.
