I am staying in fern residence Rajkot with my team hotel was superb and well maintained room is superb and well clean and housekeeping team is very helpful and friendly food was yammy specially thanks to Mr . Negi and Suraj Ahemad I will visit next time with my family

I visited the city to attend a family function and my accompanied me. Both of us were very happy with the amenities and service we received at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is very close to the airport and hence it was very easy for us to reach. It is in the 7th floor of a commercial complex offering a great view, and we were actually enjoying browsing around.

While on the way to daman we lad a layover at rajkot and decided to opt for this place. Considering the ambience it was quite good and we prefer silent place but there was some maintenence work in the hotel so it was disturbing. Ithas came to our notice that latches of washrooms were not quite trustworthy. But this place have restaurant and mini garden with ample parking space so it was okay

Clean hotel with clean toilets. We requested them to change the bed linen and they immediately accepted our request. We requested for dal kichdi and they accepted that as well for our late night dinner. Helpful reception desk and close to main attractions.

Hi everyone! the hotel is in the middle of the city with a good view and connectivity within the city as well. The staff is well behaved and accommodate all sort of requests from staying arrangement to food to make your stay more comfortable! they arranged everything very smoothly and hassle free check-in, did not take much time to check-in! the only things that i did not like is the quality of the food and the room's design! food: the noodles that i ordered was stale and old and it was not at all tasting good. The chefs at this place use a lot of oil in the food, they need to avoid that. The coffee has excessive sugar, they need to look after that! within the room: they need to arrange a working table facility instead of putting the 2 tiny chair and table, it could be a good use of the room and people travel-ling for work will actually be very happy with the same.

ゲゲストWe took 2 standard ac rooms. Cleanliness was not so good, the bathroom drainage was stinking and towels were old and had stains. Beds were comfortable and the room had decent amenities. The room was not well ventilated. While the air conditioning worked well, it still made the room very stuffy making us a bit sivk. There was no hot water in the bathroom and took too long for them to make it available. We had an early check out, no staff was available to help with the luggage and we had to take everything ourselves. We also tried their restaurant for dinner, but the food was oily. The staff at the restaurant tried a lot but still the kitchen took too long to prepare the dishes. Overall- stay if you must. We just needed it for the night so it was ok. Would not recommend for long duration.

The hotel was so beautiful and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the hotel reception to the restaurant staff, the service was great. I was also shocked to see the variety of veg food- so many options. Everything we ate was delicious!! Thank you for making my stay so comfortable whilst i was recovering from my laser eye surgery! Would definitely recommend!!!

ゲゲストWe stayed in Bizz in Jan 2024, and we had 4 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were clean & spacious. All the staff in Bizz were so welcoming & helpful. Bizz was situated on Yagnik Road, which is very convenient for shopping. The food was lovely & and the restaurant staff were good. When we required anything, from housekeeping, they were very efficient. I would like to say thank you to Nasir, the duty manager. He was so polite, helpful & very kind. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
