ザ・ステイトビュー・ホテル、オートグラフ コレクション(The StateView Hotel, Autograph Collection)

酒店太摳門了！故意把水流調得很小，像鉛筆一樣細，搓毛巾都要等半天。馬桶的水箱也是時好時壞，淋浴房的滑門關上又會自動滑開，不得已衹有拿個東西頂住。都不知道四星是怎麼來的？可能衹是酒店外部的環境不錯，虛有其表！再也不會入住這個酒店。

The room was nice and clean. The entertainment in the bar area was very good. The bar service was excellent. The dining room for breakfast was lacking a bit as far as service, but was okay.

The bathroom shower had substantial black and pink mildew and mold. I actually cleaned it before taking my shower. I have never had issue at this hotel and have enjoyed previous visits.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but my family and I will never stay here again. Check in was amazing!! The room was clean and comfy. However the bathtub did not drain properly, while taking a shower and you're standing in 2 to 3 inches of water. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and the server made us feel like we were bothering her and was not very nice. I wish I had the other lady who was bringing out the food because she had a smile on her face the whole time unfortunately I do not know her name. Lastly we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us out. She did apologize for the wait and was very nice.

We used the stateview for an overnight stay. My son was participating in science Olympiad invitational at NCSU. The hotel was amazing, breakfast was pretty good and it was conveniently located from the college.

We loved how the hotel was not on a main road. It was quiet and had ample parking just a few steps down. The lobby clerk was great and the ambiance was lovely. The room was spacious and the shower was great. The only downside was the blanket at the foot of the bed was not laundered (I could smell strong perfume on it and it had hair on it, not just one or two) and the commode leaned forward when you sat on it then slammed against the wall when you got up. We left in a rush so were unable to pass this along to the staff. Room 422. The view was wonderful and so were the amenities. I would stay there again, in a different room.

Great location. Waitress at breakfast in the morning was rude. Other staff seemed indifferent to our business

Stayed for a night driving through Raleigh and couldn’t have asked for a better, more comfortable place to rest. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe coming in late last night. The grounds are beautiful and the location is close to so many things! Will be staying here again if I’m Raleigh!

This property is amazing! We were in the area celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and we were highly satisfied with our overnight experience! We were welcomed by a nice young man who moved us, at our request, to a room with a spectacular view of God’s nature. The room was clean, and updated. We ate dinner in their restaurant and the food was amazing too! Most importantly, everyone was so nice. They genuinely basked in their southern charm. I love this property and highly recommend it!
