Greatly appreciated the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They made stay very comfortable. Hotel is very near main road with a lot of eating places and grocery stores.

This establishments only saving grace is the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and there was a roach in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet.

The whole hotel smelled extremely bad from smoking that it gave me and our group a headache. And the staff was rude.

Cheney was very friendly and professional. The hotel wasn’t perfect but the bathroom actually smelled clean.

Avoid this hotel if possible. The room was absolutely disgusting. Food on the counters, sand all in the floors, everything was sticky, mold in the bathroom and floor was curling up by the tub. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night drinking and smoking something that did not smell like tobacco or ****, if you get what I’m saying. We wound up leaving and not even staying the night. The guy at the front desk was really nice though. Oh, they also charge you a $100 deposit at check in, which when I booked through ********** was not mentioned anywhere.

Upon arriving to the hotel I was very frustrated due to having to sleep in the car the night before! My reservation for 9/12 at another hotel was paid and booked with my last $$! I arrived to the hotel and they turned me away because they were "Over-Sold" I came into the Extended Stay America and was greeted by the front desk associate. She was so understanding and I appreciated how professional and kind her and the General Manage were! **The room was nice and clean** 10/10

Great place to stay for my family. Location was good to the Airport and what I was going to see. Room was spacious and clean. I would have liked to have a hair dryer and the "breakfast" was more like coffee and a muffin. Coffee could have been hotter. Staff was helpful as I needed a cardboard box and they provided me with one which was nice. It was a good stay.

Julio was very helpful with ******* complications, and the room was as perfect as expected :)
