The stay was nice overal. The one bedroom King Suite with kitchenette was cozy, and the 4th floor qas quiet mostly. There were occasional slammed doors, but it didn't get too annoying. Most of the staff was nice, but the lady answering the phone late Tuesday night was a bit sharp with me. She wasn't impolite overall, but she had a "I'm ready to go" dull-like attitude, and she cut me off mid sentence like she was rushing me off the phone. Otherwise, everyone else was SUPER friendly. There was a time when I was charged $30 (not for incidentals). All I had gotten from the snack bar was a rice krispy treat, mini oreos, and a Gatorade. There's no way that should've been $30! I didn't even address it... I just know better next time. The room was clean on surface. Thankfully, I brought my lysol spray and cleaning wipes to do a thorough clean myself before getting comfortable. It was clean 4/5. There were small areas that may not have been as clean that you can't see until you get close (like the back area of the bathroom sink, the dishes, or back corners not completely visible until approached, etc.). I had my 3-year-old daughter, so I'd say the room wasn't completely "child-proof clean". It also wasn't as child-proof for safety reasons because the stove knobs are to the front of the counter instead of the back, making it easy for any toddler or older child (who doesn't know any better) to turn on the stove. Anyway, all complaints aside, it was nice & comfortable. I would stay again
