Got a nice suite with plenty of room, unfortunately it had cockroaches so we were moved to a small room with a roll away. Couldn't get a discount, we were trying to get a different hotel but no refund because of third party booking. Staff was helpful upon checking in but the checking out was different. Sorry

It was better than other hotels I’ve stayed at in rapid, I didn’t enjoy not having any hot water. I had to take a cold shower everyday & take my children to a relatives hotel to shower/take a bath.

Kiddos enjoyed the pool, although there did appear to be old vomit on the window up by the slide entrance. Beds were comfy enough.

There are several things that need to be recorded here. Our mattress was so soft, but it was very uncomfortable, I think it needs to be replaced. There were kids running up and down the hall and making noise way past midnight every night. There was no hot water the first morning and Luke warm water the second morning. Needless to say we did not shower. The breakfast area was OK but I guess there was no rule about no shirt no shoes no service as there was people that didn’t have shoes or socks on. There was a gentleman that did not have his shirt on or his shoes. That let us not to eat breakfast there the next morning. The rugs at the sliding door entrance of the motel were a trip hazard as they were not flat on the floor. Neither one of them were. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Staff and service was excellent. Room was definitely not the cleanest and pool was VERY dirty. We did have a good experience just were extra careful with hand washing and hygiene especially with the kids.

Room was nice but walls and ceiling where pretty dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower

Average property, clean but lots of loud guests, TV in room didn't work. Good Price range

I liked the pool area of the hotel They could definitely use a dinning area
