清潔で快適。受付係はとてもフレンドリーで親切です。店に連絡して、セルフチェックインをスムーズに処理してくれたCtripのオンラインバトラーに感謝します。 ラヴェンナ駅が出てきて、タクシーなしで1時間待ちました。地元の人に電話を頼んだところ、運転手は遠くにあるのを見て、他の人を直接迎えに行きました。荷物がない場合は、駅からホテルまで徒歩約10分と非常に便利です。荷物がある場合は、事前に何とか予約してください。 ラヴェンナデンクルーズでは、ラヴェンナ観光公式サイトでシャトルバスを予約できます。とても便利です。私たちが選んだピックアップポイントはビジターセンターで、ホテルからわずか1分です。

部屋はシンプルでエレガントな内装で、サービススタッフはとても良く、周辺のアトラクションにもとても近いです!

便利なロケーション、広い客室、ホテル自体は快適な公共のラウンジエリアと中庭のある古代の建物です。

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel Centrale Byron as the reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Even the cleaning lady was cheerful which made me feelvery welcome. The hotel’s location in the historic city centre is perfect for exploring the sights, shopping and eating out (the mercato coperto with its bars & restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away. The room was practical & convenient: the furniture was not the most modern but well maintained and there was a desk, a fridge, a haidryer and a small tv. The bath room was tiny and I had to wiggle around the door to reach the sink. But everything was sparkling clean. My single room had a proper small single bed — something I only know from Italy. I slept well, though. The only thing that was a bit negative was that you could hear your room neighbours through the walls. Breakfast was served with a choice if cereals, jams, cold cuts & cheeses, breads and croissants as well as real Italian café prepared freshly.

素晴らしいロケーションと親切で親切なスタッフ。清潔で快適、広とした部屋。本当にクールな照明器具を備えたとても素敵なロビー。 ラヴェンナでクルーズボートを出発して鉄道駅からタクシーに乗る場合(またはシャトルがあなたを降ろす可能性がある他の場所)、どのホテルまでも時間がかかることに注意してください。リラックスして待ってください。私たちがチェックインしているように、タクシーを待ちたくなかったので、駅からホテルビサンジオまで歩いていたカップルが、それぞれ2つのスーツケースを引きずっていました。タクシーの列で待たなかったことを後悔したと思います。

너무 친절한 호텔입니다

We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B Ravenna. The rooms was very clean, and neat. Everything was comfortable and in great conditions. The staff at the hotel where really kind and helped us with our different needs, specially Vincenzo, what a lovely guy! It’s definite worth you money to stay in there !
