プールは清潔で魅力的でした。本物の植物と自然光に囲まれた楽しいオアシスで、熱帯の楽園にいるような気分になります。フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。無料の朝食が含まれていました。素晴らしい滞在。すべてのスタッフに感謝します:)

Spent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely hotel, awesome pool, hot tubs and double sauna - so clean and fresh all over! The icing on the cake was Patricia in the club lounge - I had two little rambunctious and chatty girls with me and Patricia treated them so kindly and welcoming in the lounge, she helped them with snacks and chatted and shared some stories with them - it was the sweetest encounter and the girls asked me to give Patricia “infinity million” stars!

Won't stay here again. Rooms could use a good deep cleaning. Base boards and door jams were dirty. Also, found things the regular cleaning staff shouldn't have missed. The bathroom fixtures are old and rusty. likely due to lack of a bathroom fan to remove the condensation in the air. However, the king size bed was very comfortable. The heating/AC unit in room was very loud when it came on and kept me awake much of the night. This hotel has wonderful box breakfast meals to go for a good price, except the hotel staff forgot to put in my coworkers order and she wasn't able to enjoy hers. Early morning coffee bar in lobby has 2 carafe's but were completely drained and staff hadn't restocked them the morning we were leaving.

Traveled to Red Deer this past weekend and discovered our usual hotel had botched our reservation and did not have a pet friendly room for us. Called the HIExpress to find out the price for a pet friendly room including pet fees and while it was slightly more than our usual hotel, we decided to go ahead with it because we were so tired. They did not provide us with an itemized breakdown of our bill at check in but assured us the pre-auth amount was the grand total plus a $100 security deposit. On check out their system was down and they said they'd email the receipt so we were shocked when our total bill was $200 than we were quoted at check in for our total. Our dogs were crated the entire time they were in the room and they were never left unattended so it couldnt be for damages and we confirmed our quoted price included pet fees three times before we checked in but now they're claiming the extra $200 is for pet fees - again?! So basically we paid $50/night on top of their advertised rate on their website (and slightly more again than on Expedia/Hotels.com) PLUS an additional $50/night to have a pet friendly room. Sketchy business practices. Huge lack of disclosure. Steer clear.

Stay was perfectly awesome. Rooms and amenities were superb. Staffs are friendly and amicable. Had a wonderful getaway from our mundane life. ‘Twas indeed a beautiful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great stay with family and will highly recommend to friends and families. Such a nice hotel! Kudos!
