The receptionist was nice but I’m not happy with the room and the smell of the blankets. The bathroom was hair everywhere and it’s not clean. I’m very disappointed this time.

I requested a rooms without pet allergens due to extreme pet allergy. The room smelled like wet animal hair. As this affects my immune system I did not sleep well, woke up with sore throat, headache, congestion and lungs affected. It was late at night when I realized this and too late to ask to change rooms.

I liked the hotel and staff and that it is pet friendly. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also plenty of towels and the room are big. The coffee maker was dirty and the pillows had a weird smell. But I’m willing to give it another chance. I will stay there again on my way back from Washington

The heater to the room don’t work and it’s freezing. The sheets and bed smell like stale.

The staff was amazing and very professional. The room was great, it had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, dishwasher. I have nothing bad to say about this property, I will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful newly built hotel geared to business or multi night travelers. Our room ( I can’t recall if this is a standard room or not but it has a king sized bed,) has a refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher, and a nice desk work station, and large walk-in shower. Great bed with soft pillows and bedding’s. Had a wonderful and friendly check- in with a very nice young night manager. Haven’t tried the coffee yet….. so we will see. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. First time at this brand hotel and will look for it on future travels.

They refuse to service the room. I was staying 4 nights. When leaving for work on the third day I stopped by the desk and asked them to service the room. Left my room number and she wrote it down. Came home, they hadn’t cleaned. I called down and asked for the following day to have the room serviced. She apologized and said she promised it would happen the following day. She said heads will roll if it doesn’t. I said if it doesn’t it won’t matter anymore because my 4 day stay ends on Sat. I told her I paid over $900 for this visit expecting a clean room with good service. We’ll I didn’t get it and again nobody refreshed the room. When I checked out nobody even bothered to ask how my stay was.
