I checked in to a room where the WiFi was terrible, the tv did not work and the toilet was broken. After I explained this to the property manager, they refused to give me a new room because I’d used the bathroom. By 6 pm, none of the issues had been fixed or I just simply did not get assistance at all. I finally reported the issues to ******* - who were no help other than calling the property manager to tell them what I’d already told them. I called back down to the new property manager on duty who finally changed my room. Exhausting and terrible experience.
