The location is pretty good but apart from that it was disappointing. The bed sheets were clean but very grubby looking when we checked in. The walls are very thin and other guests very very noisy so we didn’t get much sleep here! The bathrooms were okay, hot showers and extra toilet paper but the drains smelled bad the entire time! The actual bed was comfortable which was good. The female staff member was great but we gad an issue with one of the males and our laundry. He told us it would be next day 2pm and 20K per kg but instead it was 2 days and charged by the item so cost way more than we expected. Very disappointed in this! Overall wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice and would recommend staying elsewhere

場所は非常に戦略的で、車用の駐車場がないだけです。 サービスは良いのですが、チェックイン済みの部屋が空いていればそのまま入室できますので、14.00 WIBで待つ必要はありません。 清潔さはとても良く、毎日部屋が掃除され、タオルが交換され、紅茶とコーヒーの砂糖が追加されます。 施設は非常に充実しています....スイミングプールを含みますが、幼児用のスイミングプールはありません。

The male receptionist works well. Quick check in. Security is friendly and good. The female receptionist is very disappointing. I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30 At 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule. Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM

************* seneng bngt.. I'm satisfied with the service.. the room is pleasantly comfortable and everything is clean and hygienic.. Untuk masalh makanan, juga it's delish for sure ..ga ngasal, restonya bersih, that's the point ❤️.. Never doubt that I'm gonna back again soon

滞在は本当に良い、安い宿泊施設、町の中心部近くに位置し、デラックスルーム、小さな価格が異なるが、新しい建物をお勧めします。カフェもあります。外出するのに良い、コーヒーは20K idrほど安い

Satpam ga da senyumnya . Keset kamar mandi ga nyerap air jadi apa gunanya ada keset. Psen grabfood harus ambil sndiri stafnya males. Ga da jendela di kamar yang saya psan. Hotel baru tapi ga smuanya terlihat baru. Yang paling lucu titip strika 4 baju saja harus 30rb (setrika aja loh)
