Smart, clean, well maintained, quiet, premises with good parking, friendly staff and located where it's easy to find. It also offers an easy access route to the city centre. [Ensure you have your CritAir sticker for your car as there is a low emission zone covering the city centre].

Used as a stopping off point for a family of three, the room was a very decent size and although furnished in IKEA style was clean and comfortable. Plenty of secure parking, friendly staff and a vending machine for snacks and drinks Breakfast wasn’t great, the buffet was okay but limited (coffee good) and the ‘hot’ stuff, despite being on a hot plate, somehow managed to be slightly less than tepid (the bacon was reviewed and rejected by most guests). However I should add there is a supermarket and a Macdonalds within about 300m so if anyone does stay I’d go there instead Summary, clean, nice, friendly, recommended but eat out

Booked two rooms as an overnight stop over on return from Alps. Rooms clean, location good, eateries in walking distance. However reception staff took card when checked in and charged me again for rooms already booked and paid for through **********. Luckily I noticed on my credit card app and challenged it. After 1/2 hr discussion was given a refund…. However when returned to my room I discovered they had charged me again for both rooms. I again had to return to reception and challenge this again for a refund. After a further long discussion I was again refunded. Not really the restful night I had hoped for. Breakfast area was again clean and well presented however hot breakfast consisted of what looked like grey microwaved bacon and sausage with scrambled eggs. Coffee machine then broke too. Pastries were free and cereals available with cold milk so not all bad. Would I stay again - probably not as I do not have confidence that staff know how to process bookings from web providers.

Clean and comfortable property. Ideal stopover en route back to the UK. Dog friendly too.

I booked online for one night and when i was there they asked me to use my debit card which i didn't have , then i told them to pay cash but they refused and didn't let me enter the hotel and was nobody to help us . I was not happy about it.******* tried to call them but they were unavailable all the time. I and my daughter had to sleep in car overnight on roadside .It was not good Experience. I will not use B&B hotel ever again .

I had no expectations at all for this hotel, we just needed a cheap room for the night. To our surprise we found a modern hotel and our room was basic , but very clean and quiet with space for our luggage. Breakfast was good and included in our price. The staff was extremely friendly.

Initially, we were allocated to a room that was either occupied or had not been serviced by housekeeping ( TV was on, bed unmade, food and drinks visible on entry before we retreated, embarrassed to interupt other guests) The receptionist was confused but very apologetic and reallocated our room but we had had a busy day and it was a nuisance. How can this happen? Once in our alternative room, it was very clean with basic comforts for an overnight stay. We've stayed in better and worse. For one night, for the price, it is worth considering. There's no easily accessible food and drink options in walking distance, so take that into account, if arriving late in the day. We had thought ahead and had a packed lunch with us.
