The service and the restaurant are excellent! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was bothered by was the smoking in the restaurant bar.

I arrived dead-tired after a long drive, and was greeted by very friendly staff - always a good beginning. The Spa area is very good, even by non-Scandinavian standards - always a good thing when/if you can find a Sauna with actual Sauna temperature. The rooms are - eehrm, 90s Germany, but at least something else than all the Best Westerns and Scandics. Apart from the beautyful scenery in which the Waldhaus is situated, the restaurant (and bar) is a reason, why you'd want to spend your night here instead of Hamburg, where you might pay 3 times the price for this quality of eating - and bartending. Nothing beats a good bartender. Another star in their book, as every professional traveller will agree with - the breakfast is very good indeed! Scrambled eggs made from actual eggs is rare these days. And the soft-boiled eggs (I always have both when I can) are soft-boiled. All in all - I can only recommend the Waldhaus in the highest possible tones. Macht weiter so!

We were just stopping for the night but despite there being a wedding party at the location, we had one of our best night sleeps.Really lovely helpful staff and fantastic comfort.

After many years of celebrating at the Waldhaus Reinbek we scheduled another family event there as it has been our go to for thirty years. The service continues to be excellent however the meal was dreadful. Even the noodles were half done, the tofu bland s dull, the meat varied greatly even on the same meal. After playing close to 400 Euros I vow not to go back. Very sad to have experienced this.

sind mehrmals im Jahr da , Zimmer sind langsam alle renoviert ,Frühstück spitze Restaurant spitze personal sehr freundlich die Lage ist ruhig und gut gelegen die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet sehr zu empfehlen und man fühlt sich wohl es lohnt sich

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit aufmerksamen Service und tollen warmen Speisen. Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und die Betten mit ausgezeichneten Matratzen. Restaurant mit aufmerksamen und sehr netten Service. Frisch zubereitete Speisen sind immer geschmacklich sehr gut. Empfehlenswert für genussvolle Urlaubstage

Es ist immer eine Freude im Waldhaus Reinbek zu übernachten. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Bar ist super und vor allem ist der Service einfach TOP. Alle sind irre freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Dieses mal gilt mein besonderer Dank Frau Lange, die sich wirklich unfassbar gut um uns gekümmert hat. Vielen Dank. Frühstück ist herrlich. Zimmer sind angenehme. Geniessen es im Waldhaus zu Gast zu sein.

Ich kenne das Waldhaus schon lange. Es müsste mal renoviert werden. Unsere Zimmer waren groß, aber alt. Das Badezimmer war gut. Das Frühstück auch. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht. Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
