Rooms are specious and clean . Good location near from restaurants , bars and to visit the city by walk .

We had only a 1 day stay as we were getting on a cruise ship. This hotel was very close to the cruise port and the staff their directed us to a walkable distance to a free shuttle bus to the cruise port, We explored the area , which was downtown, on foot and enjoyed it very much..

Overpriced for the quality of the room Good location but room with slanted ceiling and only skylights without windows. Felt like we were in an attic. Not happy with the room for the price we paid.

Room was clean and tidy but one thing I like to mention about the housekeeping they need to check properly to see if the refill of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion are filled. When we checked in lotion refill bottle was fully empty and santiary bags were empty too. So housekeeping should check everything properly before guests check-in. Front desk staff LUCA was so amazing. Best customer service from her. She helped us through check-in, tour bookings, we mentioned her about the things that housekeeping didn't refill and she personally came in the room and give us the things that were missing. Our flight was cancelled and we informed her that we need to book one more day and she also arranged the room for us too. She was really very helpful. Luca went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. Exceptional service.
