カステルム スイーツ - オール インクルーシブ(Castellum Suites - All Inclusive)

Hôtel bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville, le buffet est très bon et varié. Le bémol : beaucoup de bruits la nuit car beaucoup de jeunes viennent faire la fête dans cet hôtel. Nous avons prévenu la réception et malgré leurs efforts, les nuits étaient malgré tout très agitées.

Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.

First off, don’t go expecting to eat nice food. The food is poor, bland and repetitive. We arrived 10 mins after the all inclusive stops ( 10.30) to have zero food available and no sugar free available. Im a diabetic. We were charged full price for two drinks and advised to order an equivalent to a just eats for food . Very disappointed. The staff are nice, food is bad, hotel is cleanish. Definitely not 4 star. Nice place to put your head but should be a b&b .

Just got back this morning Looked at few hotels in area this one is close to old town and harbours Pictures on site are exactly how it is Food was ok we were well fed not the hottest but ok lovely puddings and breakfast nice fresh bread Drinks ok bar staff were very happy and restaurant staff worked very hard Bedrooms nice and clean huge shower head gorgeous smelling shampoo/shower gel Pool area clean wasn’t too busy but may get busy in high season lovely sofas made a change In all we had lovely time met some new friends and would recommend x

We have been here 4 days so far and there is no complaints- Staff all helpful and friendly. Towels changed daily rooms spotless, Wi-Fi is great. Hotel is well positioned for old and new town also Mandraki Harbour so excursions easy. Food is varied and plentiful.

First impressions of hotel … very clean..lovely reception staff. Room was nice ..however … there are just 2 drawers & coat hangers on a rail for storage. They put water in fridge just once in 10 days . Only cups provided for tea making were cardboard…& not always replaced daily. We did have 2 cockroaches in the room too!! Wasn’t cleaned as well as should have been . Towels only changed 3 times. Food was ok but not a huge choice and not particularly hot. Lack of seating around the bar … they close off pool area so you can’t sit outside on an evening. Lovely staff …smiley and helpful . Great location for old and new town . Would we stay there again ?

Terrible- this is just a posh hostel!! Balcony overlooked a crumbling wall, food terrible with little choice, hot food was cold, alcohol watered down, no sun beds by the pool only soft chairs, pool surrounded by walls so little sun! Pool closes at 18:30! Reception provided no basic info on arrival ( local buses, how to walk to new and old town). Evening entertainment zero just music nothing live. Room was clean and fresh towels every day but apart from that would not recommend or revisit!

- The first impression wow big reception area . Entered into the dinning room bit disappointed was tiny. Many people had to wait for the tables in the evening meal. - Food repetitive, Luke warm - Room was good.. clean and morden I praise for the keepers they work so hard , towels changed every day. - Great Location within walking distance both New and Old towns - Overall we had good time the big let down was food. Will not go back.
