We only had breakfast, which was fine. Busy between 9am and 10am, better to go for breakfast before 9am if possible. Location good for Harbour and Old Town, about 15 minute walk. Beach directly in front of hotel. Pool on the small side, but there is good shade when it’s too hot. Only issue was the pool closed at 7pm. Would of been nice if it was open a little later to cool off after being out all day. Staff were helpful and polite. Hotel clean

조식이 맛있고 호텔이 대체적으로 깔끔합니다. 바로 바다 앞에 위치하여 좋습니다. 상점가, 식당가와는 조금 거리가 있지만 걸어서 갈 수 있는 정도 입니다.

We came for an all inclusive week at this hotel. Staff great. room refurbished to a high standard. Reason for only 3 stars,the food was average at best poor meal choices by the chefs resulted in slop on the plate so week was spent on salads,or desserts that were bought in.

I have just returned from a 14 night stay with a Bridge group. Overall I had a wonderful holiday although some improvements are needed which I’ll mention below. On the plus side my front sea view room on the 4th floor was very well appointed, spacious and extremely clean. The walk in shower water was always hot, the bed was comfortable and the wonderful cleaning staff did an excellent job changing the towels and bedding on a regular basis. The wardrobe was fine for me but probably rather small for a couple. I think a second chest of drawers would also help enormously. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony watching the world go by with lovely views in all directions, however it only gets the sun in the morning and is in shade all afternoon. The swimming pool is rather small and there are only 6 sun loungers and a few chairs around it. This is not the hotel for you if you enjoy sunbathing by a pool all day but it suited me fine. There are plenty of loungers on the beach but these do not belong to the hotel and come at an extra cost of €7.50-10 per day. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and attentive and I would particularly like to mention Nikos who was very helpful. The food was disappointing in that for the first 8 days of the holiday the hot food was never hot! I mentioned it to Nikos which I should have done earlier, as the next evening there was a definite improvement and staff were testing it with thermometers. On the positive side the soup was always delicious and extremely hot and the dessert selection was far too tempting! There was no food station with meat and or fish being cooked to order by one of the chefs. This was disappointing and certainly unusual for a hotel with 5*. Some of the reception staff weren’t particularly helpful or friendly which is a shame as first impressions are very important in my opinion. The Bridge room was excellent and it was great that water, coffee, juice plus cakes and biscuits were all supplied. The best thing about the hotel is the location which is brilliant, being only a 20 minute walk to the Old Town along the beautiful harbour. At the moment the hotel does not justify it’s 5* status but with a few improvements could easily do so.

This hotel is beautifully kept, the rooms are spacious and the staff were very friendly. The buffet, however, was fair. Almost hit and miss. We had breakfast and dinner included for our stay of 3 nights. By the 3rd day- I was happy to find alternate food options.

The hotel is clean and well located, but there it ends.the food is poor, it is cold and bland, which the vegetables from the night before being served for breakfast along with cold chips.At lunch guests where refused to take their meal outside in the Fantastic weather. We witnessed this several times where the waitress refused to let people dine outside, including ourselves. We and others where told it was on instructions of the general manager.This is definitely not 5 star treatment. The bathroom is very small, as is the wardrobe and our room was opposite to building work which work started early in the morning.We witnessed several occasions at mealtimes when some staff ( not all ) where rude to guests.we where even asked by one member of staff after they had a confrontation with a guest If they sounded rude.( which they did) but they said they would be in trouble if they did not enforce the rules however minor.avoid this place if you like good food and service.

Mike H has a review on the Mediterranean hotel and he has never placed a review prior to his contribution this week. He joined this week. This review an attempt to help the hotel which Mike claims is the best in Rhodes;(how ridiculous) No members in our group have had any confrontations with any staff. The issue was with Restaurant Manager and Hotel General Manager. The hotel is also sold by loveholidays just read loveholidays review online. The small staff team continue to do their utmost but even on all Inclusive you have to keep asking. We get no water for the room only one occasion did we get any. The bed is fantastic, the shower room is small. The wardrobe to hang clothes far to small. Mini bar with nothing in it...a great location for this hotel but the food is not great and repetitive.

currently staying at this hotel and was appalled to see the last 2 reviews on your site,we have returned to this hotel on many accations and found it to be one of the best hotels on the island the staff are amazing and they cant do enough for you as for the food if it was as bad as they say do you think we wouldnt come back at least twice a year? i think we all have idenified the couple who dont like the place with there bad reviews on top of there rudeness to the staff always complaning i think this is a trait of theres and do this on a regular basis ,i wouldnt be surpised if they put a claim in of sorts for a refund as we all think that a 5 star property would not be up to standards but dont let this put you of with this property as a few bad apples dont make everyone feel the same way yet again must i say thanks to the hotel manager and staff on welcoming me
