ハンプトン イン レバノン(Hampton Inn Lebanon)

We had no hot water the night of check in. Asked front desk and was told it would be back on in 10 minutes or so. 1 hour later (10 pm) and still no hot water. Woke my daughter up at 530 am to get a shower because she had a competition to get ready for and had warm water for 1 minute and it went ice cold on her. Asked at the desk upon checkout and was told they were having someone look at it. No apologies, basically just brushed off. The bed in the room we stayed in was also awful. Not comfortable, clearly sagging, and squeeked everytime you moved.

I have nothing but good things to say we have been staying at multiple hotels and this one has exceeded my expectations. Amazing services the room was perfect for what we needed and the a**osphere was just right. Breakfast was amazing glad to find a place that offers breakfast because some say they do but they really don’t. My one only issue is the kids running loose but I get it there was some kind of gymnastics thing going on. Because our second night was very quiet and relaxing. I love all the little pictures they have next to the hotel room numbers and the sliding bathroom doors are awesome.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Family loved the hot chocolate bar and the breakfast buffet. Very enjoyable

Read the other reviews, the hotel needs to update the hot water heaters because we had no hot water in the morning. The hotel itself was fairly clean and the staff was nice but as others have stated there seems to be a common problem with a lack of hot water.

I booked for two queen beds since we have kids and they gave me a King Bed with sofa pull out. We asked for the room we originally booked and they said they were sold out of those rooms. Then we asked to be relocated since they placed us next laundry room with other kids running around and it was loud. They said they couldn't accommodate us but maybe a discount- but since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn't do anything. On the upside the room was very clean.

The property is safe and clean and new. However...there are some ...features...that are odd. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that never really closes so if you are travelling with family...they gonna hear it all. The pills and beds are both soft and noisy for some reason. Getting in and out of the bed makes considerable noise and you need 4 pillows to do what 1 will do.

Second time staying at this facility. there was no hot water, even though they knew it when we checked in we were never advised. Manager did not see this as a problem.

Very nice rooms. Large & clean rooms. Desk staff was very helpful and personable.

Water in the shower was brown. Woke up the next morning to NO HOT WATER, called the front desk and was told city was doing a flush, I asked did you think maybe you would tell your customers? He said I was the first complaint, meanwhile the night before there was a woman at the desk complaining about the same thing and she was told maybe everyone is taking a shower at the same time!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???/
