ベイモント バイ ウィンダム リッチモンド I-70(Baymont by Wyndham Richmond I-70)

I want to first say that the staff did a fine job. The clerk who was there when we got in wasn't the most friendly but she was very helpful. The best thing about the place is the gentleman who runs the breakfast! He is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to meet every ones needs. When we walked in to our room there was a definite odor. I thought it smelled musty or smoky. The couple we were with noticed the same in their room. The bathroom had smudges on the floor, like they hadn't been mopped and one of the bedspreads had something on it. Also the headboard had some smudges as well. During the night I got up to relieve myself and found a cockroach on the floor. The other couple that we were with told us in the morning that they had killed 5 to 6 in their room. When we were checking out the next morning the attendant asked my husband about our stay. He told her what we, and our friends, had witnessed. She asked if we were staying in room 120 & 122, which, surprise...we had been. She told us that they had just fumigated in those very rooms the same morning in which we arrived. That's a bit disturbing.

I was traveling from home to New York and the hotel was convenient to the highway, easy check-in, Friendly staff, Clean room,quiet so I can rest overnight,And had a full breakbest, not just bagels asincerely. There was a gentleman that even asked me how I wanted my eggs, which was over the top special while traveling. It's the little kindnesses that make the quick overnight stay so nice.

Just a quick overnight during a longer trip. I appreciated the quick check in, and the room was clean. I was a little concerned about "dude" hanging outside of the hotel. He was sitting on the curb, and minded his own business, but he was still an unknown. The property is a little run down, but it's what's expected at this price point.

The staff were so friendly. Custom breakfast, clean room. Very quiet atmosphere. Loved the water, coffee, and snacks. Just wished the hot tub worked because that was the whole reason I picked this location

Great place to stay right off the interstate. Breakfast was great, both food and employee.

Front desk staffs weren’t friendly but the hotel itself is all over good. Good location and room is okay, good for a stop by in your road trip

checked in, first tv wouldn’t work, called down and lady came up and spent long time trying to fix, got channels to switch but no volume second, blood stains on floor third bathroom had major stains , believe nicotine forth toilet had so much hair on floor around it fifth, wife had shower and it would not drain i do have pictures of all this on a good note breakfast was great and staff for breakfast was amazing

Even though this hotel is older, it was very clean. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful! There were lots of options, the food was hot, the coffee was hot and the dining area was clean. There was plenty of food. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Typical inexpensive motel at a highway interchange. What stands out is the staff - amazing guy in the kitchen makes eggs to order, and staff is FAR more helpful than is typical of these establishments. This property will be my new "go to" in Richmond, IN.
