Underwhelming. The general hotel is nice but the rooms are quite modest and the housekeeping service was spotty — no soap in the shower, missed service one day of two. Located across from a nice park but not near the old town. From desk staff were the highlight though — very nice and friendly.

過大評価されているようで、写真とは違っています。少し古びたホテルです。立地は良いのですが、荷物を持ってバスターミナルに行くには、反対側まで階段を何段も上る必要があるかもしれません。朝食にスパークリングワインが用意されているのは嬉しいポイントです。食事は地元の味に近いです。1階の部屋を予約すれば、階段を何段も上る必要はありますが、荷物が少なければ問題ありません。

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

Centralised location with restaurants near by. My only “wishlist” is that the buffet breakfast could have more variety.

ホテルは古代都市リガの中心部に位置し、古代都市の主要な観光スポットまで徒歩圏内です。周辺にはレストランやバーがたくさんあります。長距離バスの駅に行くのにもとても便利です。朝食サービスはとても良いです。

Perfect for staying in Riga and walking almost everywhere! Everything is a stone throw away. The staff are super helpful and the city itself is gorgeous!

Lovely hotel, clean, off road parking. Friendly staff. Asked for coffee sachets in the room, they never arrived after being promised twice that they would be sent up. Dinner was awful, menus not clear as to what was on offer. Buffett breakfast, lots of choice.

サービスはよかったです。スタッフは私の問題や質問に迅速に対応してくれました。設備は清掃されておらず、壊れてさえいませんでした。たとえば、ミニ冷蔵庫は壊れていて、ベッドリネンには汚れがあります。また、シャンプーボトルは空でした。

リガ駅からは歩いて30分弱、市内中心部からは20分程度の場所で不便ではないです 基本的にスタッフと接しないホテルです 市内中心部にある系列ホテルで荷物は預かってもらえます 手順はメールでお知らせがくるので安心です そのメールにはホテルに入る際のセキュリティコードや鍵の引き取り方法なども含まれます 説明は簡潔でわかりやすく書いてある通りにやれば大丈夫です ちょうど居合わせたスタッフはフレンドリーでドアの鍵を開けてくれたりしてくださりました 他の部屋の扉の開け閉めの音なのか、謎のバタンバタン音がありました 他に泊まっている人がいるのか不思議なくらい静かだったので少し怖かったです それでも部屋は清潔で広く満足です どうもありがとうございました
