The environment is pretty good, it is near the sea and is very beautiful.

設施：不錯。 衞生：不錯。 環境：不錯。 服務：蠻好的。很客氣。就是新員工什麼都不行 房間大小也合適。還有送 welcome aperitivo。

住了兩晚。第一晚房間比較大，床0.9標準寬度。兩個露台，大露台一個靠馬路。馬路遍佈餐館商店酒吧，車來車往，是主幹道。可以想象非常吵，而且即使下半夜也是一樣吵鬧。第二天要求換房，前天美眉很nice，給了一間隔壁的房間，房間小，單人床歐洲少見的1.2米，但是仍舊距離馬路比較近，敏感的還是會覺得房間聲音大。要求再換，告知衹有大床，換到最裡麪一間，加了一張沙發床。服務不錯，可能因為冬天是淡季。

房間超乾淨、大陽台上能看大海、特別超大的雙床很舒服！服務也是超一流的好。早餐特別豐盛！

流石に有名チェーンのホテルなので、スタッフの対応も良いですし、全般的には良かったです。一つだけ改善して欲しい点は、シャワールームの排水溝から下水の匂いが上がってきて臭いです。せっかく他は良いのに残念です。是非改善して欲しいと思います。朝食はとても良かったです。プロシュート、mozzarella、フルーツ類、オレンジジュース搾りも一通り揃っています。

Just spent 4 days in the Mercure Artis hotel in Rimini. This is my third hotel in Italy in the past this month and it was the best by a mile. All the staff were absolutely great..very helpful and friendly. The views of the Adriatic were gorgeous...see the pictures.. The room was large and modern. The hotel is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and an enormous beach. This hotel provides really great value, compared to the so called 5 Star hotel I have seen and stayed at. Recommend this to anyone who wants a great vacation on the beach. Make sure you book a balcony room that overlooks the Adriatic. Thank you to the entire Artis team for making it such a great stay.

Well I would find this hard to fault. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast buffet excellent all facilities are clean and accessible pool was lovely for a quick splash. Good location easy to get most place without any hassle. Thanks hopefully see you again soon.

An excellent hotel with brilliant staff. Adriano was especially friendly, funny, knowledgeable and very helpful. The rooms are large and very clean, with a balcony providing a sea view. The hotel backs onto the beach. Out front is a main road line with bars and restaurants. A very good location. Parking is underground and charged at the usual rate for the area. The pool is small, at the front of the hotel. Bar backs are served every late afternoon. Breakfast is buffet. Mostly cold food. Eggs are included unless you want them in an omelette when there is a charge. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are charming and very friendly. We checked in on my birthday and on going back to our room the first night I was delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco, some cakes and a card from the staff as they had noticed the date on my passport. Lovely pool area. Pre dinner drinks were very well accompanied by complementary nibbles, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast great with nice coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of good choice and friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return the next time I visit Rimini.

I stayed for three nights at this wonderful hotel, its position is perfect on the seafront. The staff were all very friendly and I couldn’t fault the service they provided. I did have a couple of ******* with my keycard not operating the lights, but both times the issue was resolved straight away. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, and if/when I return to Rimini I will look here first for a room.

A lovely hotel right on the beach. Balconies overlooking the ocean and a lively sea front. A serviceminded staff and a great breakfast every morning. Great cleaning.
