Excellent hotel, great facilities & helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Large rooms. Highly recommended.

Very modern, very clean, well located on the beach, decent room albeit a bit small but nevertheless well Appointed. No tea or coffee facilities provided. Good buffet at breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, beach was adjacent, restaurant and room were clean, and hotel had great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel looks fresh and it is situated right between the main coastal road and the boardwalk. The beach looks great, it is well kept. A day’s rental for two sun beds and an umbrella is 18€. Our room (fito suite 226) had a firm double bed in one room and a fold-out couch in the other. There is a small balcony that fits only one adult. The airconditioner is not strong enough to keep it really cool, better to open the windows at night to let the sea breeze in. There wasn’t too much noise at night, it was the garbage truck that mostly woke us up at 7am. There’s no coffee or tea facility in the room. We asked for an iron but the hotel would not provide it. Breakfast is nice enough, although there could be a line for the coffee machine! The sound of moving chairs in the breakfast room can be heard throughout the hotel, it’s not soundproof. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, coffee and gelato shops around. It is a very touristy area. Local bus line 11 stops close by, it’s a ten minute walk to the nearest Metromare express bus stop.

After reading the reviews, I was significantly disapointed. We requested to park at the parking on site (as we had our cat with us). When checking in they tried to make us park at the ofsite parking until we reminded that we had requested it - it appears they do not check the notes when checking in. Anyways small issue - but no information was given to us about the beach, breakfast, anything. After unpacking, we tried to get the voucher for the beach - which they coundn't find so we had to return later and go through the whole speach again to get the voucher. Later that evening we requested two pillows. This is the first time in a 4 star hotel where I had to follow someone around to get pillows and then put the pillow cases on. One night I went to get my car, as we wanted to drive somewhere to find it blocked in. Now the price for parking I do not mind paying, but when you can't have access to your car...this is unacceptable. The breakfast is a big let down. One coffee machine for a hotel this size. On average waiting 5 minutes for a coffee. The pool is extremely small for this size. I even wrote an email to the hotel and not a single response, customer service seems to be a bit of a miss here.

Good hotel that has been totally refurnished and elegant style and really good for family, we took the full board and was excellent at all meals different choices with a buffet. Includes as well the banini access in front of the hotel. going there over 15 years and i can always recommend the hotel ans the staff. You will feel home :)

We spent a one great week in Litoraneo hotel. Room was every day very clean. Really spacious room with 2 balconies, shower, minibar,comfortable bed. Hotel has a private beach. We choosed a hlafboard. Breakfast - 100% we did not miss anything. Dinner was realy special. On Saturday was buffet. Then we had to choose for every evening one day before. It Was great to try all these local food - but in another higher level. Antonia - thank you one more time for your kindness, great vine recommendation, morning coffee at the terasse :) great service !!!!! Also i have to thank you Carmine :) always smiling and doing his best for us. Sometimes not the hotel but staff make your stay so special. In this case everything harmonised together. Very clean, modern property with very responsive staff. We only stayed for a couple of days but enjoyed our stay. The only downsides we saw were that there was no kettle or coffee service in the room, nor a box of tissues and there was a step into the bathroom which took getting used to. We had a water view and the room was small but very well organized/laid out and efficiently organized storage. The other thing to remember is that this hotel is in the busy end of Rimini with nightclubs, etc., so we had to close all the doors and windows at night to keep out the noise which worked well. They were excellent windows and doors that cancelled out the noise. The beach is wonderful and only 15E for the chair and umbrella.
