Great location on the Adriatic. Friendly check in and check out service. Excellent price for hotel and breakfast.

Hotel znajduje się w pierwszej linii brzegowej morza. Zaledwie kilka kroków i jesteśmy na plaży ! Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżka, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo duża restauracja. Jak na Italię, to bardzo urozmaicone śniadania. Sporo warzyw, serów, przekąsek zarówno na zimno jak i na ciepło. Najlepszym udogodnieniem jest duży parking, który znajduje się za hotelem ( 20€ / dzień ). Dodatkowo przed hotelem jest również basen. Polecam serdecznie!

Il centro benessere era perfetto.

海灘邊上一排都是酒店，步行去海灘就2分鐘， 樓下夜市很熱鬧，餐館水果店很多，很方便， 週末歐冠決賽，年輕人海灘上看球很熱鬧，結束之後還有party，適合有夜生活的人 房間偏小，衞生還可以，有小陽台可以看海景。

Delightful staff, nice pool. Our room was spotless and our balcony overlooked the beach. Helpful staff, great view! Everything was easily accessible from the hotel - and we were very pleased with our stay. Somewhere to come back to, for sure.

During my recent stay, me and my family were treated to a great experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Barbara at the front office. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Barbara. Her genuine smile and welcoming demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay, making us feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Her insider tips and insights helped me explore Rimini like a local, and experience the city's vibrant culture and cuisine. Oh! breakfast is amazing!

I booked a room in the Diplomat Palace in Rimini 1,5 month in advance on the *********** with a flexible rate. I was totally suprised, that the hotel blocked all the amount on my credit card on the 2nd day after the booking. I asked help from the ***********, however I wrote to the hotel directly, we cancelled the booking, because this is NOT A CORRECT thing, to block all the amount 1,5 month in advance. The hotel answered me: "In about 1 month the amount will be unblocked." Now, actually I do not have any booking in this hotel anymore, and the HOTEL DIPLOMAT PALACE BLOCKED MY MONEY in my credit card FOR A MONTH!!!! I have never had a so BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS ONE!!!!! Be carefull with booking in this hotel.

Great location overlooking the beach. Excellent and kind service. Probably should not call themselves a spa since our friends had multiple issues with that area of the hotel. Our friends commented on the excellent breakfast. The supermarket across the street was very convenient.

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, staff were lovely, service was great, great location too. The only negative was my 6 year old daughter's pink toy handbag with eyes, went missing from our room, we didn't realise until I was packing on our last day, irs a shame as it was given as a present to her, sentimental value.

We stayed here 7th June for one week, beautiful room with a view to die for overlooking the beach 308. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast catered for all tastes, we would definitely stay again. The only criticism I have, which is unavoidable due to the lack of space around the pool area, is the number of sun loungers (10 in total) isn't enough especially when people put towels on them (flashback to the 70's) then the people that they have been saved for don't actually turn up! I really felt for the numerous guests that wanted to use the pool area but were prevented from doing so by inconsiderate guests. (A sign preventing sunbed reservations would help). Apart from that moan everything else was marvellous, i would like to thank every member of staff for their hard work, you are a credit.

da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto di più ..visto che in zona ci sono hotel a 3 stelle migliori anche perche costano di meno ,da no ritornare e nemmeno da consigliare . l'unica cosa positiva e stata l'angolo Vegano alla colazione .per la spiaggia si appoggiano ad una struttura convenzionata ,ma prima e dopo il bagno trovi a meno.
