エコホテル プリマベーラ(Ecohotel Primavera)

Already second time when we come to this Amazing hotel with great staff nice breakfast and good wine. This hotel is pet friendly and kid friendly. My doggy got a beautiful doggie bag with everything you need . The owner is 81 years old and full of life, You can ask her anything and she knows the best places to swim , hike and amazing restaurants, she is just extraordinary.we enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer and didn’t got disappointed. We can’t wait to come back.

We highly recommend you NOT to go to this hotel! We stayed there for 2 nights, family of 5 .we took 2 rooms. The a/c stops automatically during the night, and the heat is unbearable. We opened the windows to get some fresh air but it was very hot outside . and muskitoes entered the rooms. The stuff was not nice at all. We asked for more shampoo bottles but they didn't want to give, 'it is an Eco hotel'. The same with towels I appreciate hotels where the stuff crew is nice to the guests. In my opinion, this is basic.

We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). By far the most disappointing part of our stay was the continual argument with the hotel reception staff about the air conditioning. The hotel information clearly states that all rooms are air conditioned - which they are. However, we realised the air conditioning is controlled remotely by the reception staff who decide how warm or cold the rooms should be and override the setting you choose. Consequently we had several nights of poor sleep as we were not allowed to turn the air conditioning down. Our stay was in one of the hottest months of the year and we were told that we should just open the windows to let in the fresh air - and mosquitos! We had many utterly ridiculous conversations with the staff who simply could not understand why we wanted to be able to control the air conditioning or have it cooler than 21 degrees at night. They were also inconsistent, sometimes saying that the air conditioning was broken and waiting for an engineer, then saying it was because it was ‘fresh’ outside and that they are an ‘eco hotel’.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect! We stayed in the superior sweet and it was worth the extra money for the room! Large room with a huge bed, air conditioning easy to control, clean and free refreshments ready on arrival for us was a lovely touch. The staff are second to none. They went above and beyond in every way possible, from keeping the room super clean and providing fresh towels daily, to supplying extra refreshments, discounts on the bus and ferry and even helping with table reservations for restaurants. Location wise for us was perfect, nice quiet spot, the bus stop is literally a 30 second walk and takes you into the town. We cannot thank the staff enough, we made our attempts at speaking Italian though they spoke very good English! Grazie Mille!!! Brad & Mathuri

Excellent hotel on a relatively quiet street in Riva del Garda. Their ecological concept was very interesting to experience. The rooms were spacey and very clean. The breakfast was served in a clean and careful way, although nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and helped to with tips and recommendations. We had a wine and oil tasting of their own production and that was a highlight, we did buy a couple of bottles to bring back home. Recommended to anyone who would like to be in Riva del Garda!.

Hotel in posizione tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro di Riva del Garda. In viaggio con amici ci siamo trovati molto bene e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Belle le stanze con ampi spazi e molto confortevoli. Struttura nuova luminosa e con spazi comuni molto accoglienti. Ottima colazione con varietà di scelta. Complimenti a tutto lo staff dell’hotel per la gentilezza e disponibilità soprattutto al sig. Daniele per la sua simpatia !! Torneremo sicuramente alla prima occasione!

Hotel curato, pulito con parcheggio privato al coperto, cosa non da poco per chi ha una moto. abbiamo soggionato per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. camere nuove con tutti i comfort, personale disponibile e molto gentile, colazione abbondante, forse poco assortimento di dolci. Posizione ottima poiche' in 15 minuti a piedi eravamo in centro ma lontani dal caos e dalla via principale. Consigliamo vivamente e speriamo davvero di poter ritornare

Hotel curato e pulito, colazione abbondante e buonissima. La Piscina esterna e l’idromassaggio rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Piccolo parco giochi per i più piccoli a bordo piscina. Proprietario gentilissimo, grazie di cuore Daniele e un bacio alle tue bimbe meravigliose, a presto. Francesca, Simone e la piccola Bianca (gelato Hello Kitty).

Super séjour, responsable très gentille, avons loué un appart Deluxe pour 5 personnes, très beau et propre, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner en buffet très bien, produits de qualité. Piscine avec vue sur les montagnes très sympa (avec jacuzzi). Possibilité de charge GRATUITE pour les voitures électriques. Je recommande (passer directement pr leur site pour réserver)
