The hotel is ok to rest. But the service need to be improved. 3 times asked to change the coffee machine because it was broken. But no action was taken. Another time when I stayed in this hotel coffee machine didn’t work either

Highly recommended, just choose to stay here, I spent half month here in Sands Inn Hostel Villa Riyadh, it is such a great place to stay to feel so comfortable and clean, a way more than other hostel I stayed in before, great value for money, it is best hostel in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, The owner was so helpful and generous, Villa Hostel has 4 spacious common area which is easy to find, kitchen is well equiped with every thing you need and more, Swimming pool, Gym is also another more advantage. You can wash and Iron your cloths, it has also perfect central location walking distance from National Museum and some other tourist attractions, also close to many shops, restaurents and bus station, easy to access with available parking spots. They also serve very nice breakfast. Hostel vibes was so nice. Don't hesitate to book here.

ホテルは改装済みでとてもきれいで、予約していた部屋が空いていなくて部屋がアップグレードされていました。エアコンの音が少しうるさかったので、寝るために消しましたが、一晩中暑いとは感じませんでした。部屋の設備も充実しており、近くには大きなショッピングモールもあります。 朝食は中華料理の味には及ばない。 他はすべて非常に優れており、強くお勧めします。

このホテルでとても快適に過ごせました。 私たちは中国語を少し話せるので、物事は楽になりましたが、この宿のオーナー夫婦は英語も少し話せます。とても親切で、私たちが泊まっている別のホテルまで迎えに来てくれました（私は通常、訪問先のより豊かな体験をするために、同じ場所でさまざまなホテルを体験するのが好きです。他のホテルも4倍の値段でした）。 この夫婦は全部で3軒のホームステイをしていて、そのうち3軒に連れて行ってくれて、どの宿に泊まるか決めることができました。私たちはキングダムセンターエリアの宿に泊まることにしました。閉店の雰囲気も良かったので、とても良い選択だったと思います。 このB&Bは値段の割に素晴らしいです。英語のアプリTripで予約した方が、オーナーが携帯電話で調べた中国語のCtripよりも部屋の値段が安かったです。ちなみに私は何でもTripを使っています。とても使いやすいです。 到着すると、ホストの奥さんがフルーツ、牛乳、水を用意してくれて、部屋に行く準備ができるまでリビングルームでくつろいだり、おしゃべりしたりさせてくれました。他の宿泊客や友人たち（全員中国人）がリビングルームに集まっておしゃべりをしていたため、フレンドリーな雰囲気がありました。かわいくて遊び好きな猫がいて、息子は猫と遊んでいました。 朝食が午前10時半に終わる他のホテルとは異なり、食事の時間に合わせてくれました。とてもフレンドリーなシェフがいて、毎日おいしい手作りの食事を作ってくれます。 私たちの部屋はとても広く、ベッドはとても快適でした。私たちが泊まったのは部屋がいくつかある大きな家で、シングルベッドが2つある部屋でした。 シャワールームにはシャンプーとボディジェルが用意されています。その他のトイレタリーはバスルームにはありませんでしたが、リクエストに応じて用意されたのではないかと思います（奥さんがとても親切で気配りが行き届いていたので推測ですが）。そうでない場合は、近くのお店で購入できます。私たちは自分のものを持っていきました。 毎日掃除を手伝ってくれるメイドさんがいます。正直、彼女はもっといい仕事をできると思います。床はかなり埃っぽく、シンクには歯磨きの跡が残っていましたし、バスルームのティッシュペーパーはすぐになくなってしまったので別の部屋から持ってこなければなりませんでした。また、オーナーにタオルを頼まなければならなかったのですが、オーナーはすぐにメイドに頼んで持ってきてくれました。オーナー（妻）は物事をきちんと把握していて、メイドに毎日チェックしてテーブルにティッシュを置くように頼んでいたので、メイドには積極性が欠けていたと思いますが、オーナーが本当に清潔で快適にしようと努力していたのはわかりました。 また、他の空いている部屋が開いていて、そこで確認してティッシュペーパーをもらうことができたのも良かったです。信頼されているように感じました。滞在中、部屋とメインドアの鍵を持っていました。 オーナーが使用してよいと言った洗濯機があるので、服を洗ってもらうように頼めばよかったと思います。私たちは1泊しか滞在せず、残りの滞在は友人の家に泊まったので、そうしませんでした。

I came to Riyadh for a few days only out of curiosity as flights from Budapest were so cheap I thought 'why not?. Not really knowing what to expect. I wanted to be in the downtown Olaya area but hotels there were in the £200 - £300 +++ range. Other than the IBIS which came in at £80 a night. The IBIS room was better than standard IBIS fare I have seen in the UK and Europe - ie larger, and better equipped with safe and tea & coffee making facilities. But what makes this hotel really stand out was the helpfulness and welcome of front of house staff. Nothing was too much trouble - and they were patient and courteous dealing with my various queries and requests, writing out place names in Arabic, explaining how to get to places, nearest places to buy water and snacks etc. The hotel's guests were overwhelmingly people on business rather than tourists. However, I can unreservedly recommend this hotel to visitors to Saudi Arabia travelling for tourism. I say this as a solo female traveller. Top tips: - there is an Asian run convenience store round the corner five minutes walk away that does not involve crossing roads!! - have tbe hotel breakfast as there's not much around by way of cafes etc (unless you go to a mall) - download the Kareem app (= Saudi Uber) for safe, convenient and cheap taxis - if you have a choice, avoid Room 122 as it was on the first floor and overlooked two air conditioning units and tbe wall 😉 - not that matters in the scheme of things. However, a room on a high floor with views of Kingdom Tower must be pretty awesome

The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.
