ロチェスターのスパ付きホテル

深夜にチェックインして部屋に入ったところ，驚きました．部屋には冷蔵庫が無く(冷蔵庫のスペースはあるが扉を開けると中はがらんどう)，セーフティボックスは機能せず，ドライヤーもありませんでした．フロントに行って文句言っても，深夜なので対応できないの一点張り．結局，シャワーの後もドライヤー無しで過ごしました．さらに，ベッドサイドランプの一つはそもそも電球が入っておらず，デスクライトも壊れていました． 翌朝，再度フロントで文句言ったら，その日にうちに冷蔵庫とドライヤーを持ってきて，セーフティボックスは交換．その他ライト類も直してくれましたが，どうしてあの状態で部屋を貸したかは不明です．一応，冷蔵庫を取り付けに来たエンジニアは謝っていました． なお，ハウスキーピングも３泊に１回です．それもタオルの交換ぐらいで掃除はなし．廊下もゴミくずとかがずっと落ちていました．２度と泊まりたくないです．

房間乾淨，酒店也乾淨，有停車場，西式早餐好，周圍環境安全，房間需要打掃時通知前台，餐廳的服務態度非常好。

While traveling to Canada we stopped over in Rochester and stayed at the Staybridge Suites. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The sausage at their free breakfast looked like it needed to be cooked more, otherwise it was okay. Check in and check out was easy.

Horrible! Hotel under mayor renovations! They don’t tell you about this. There is no indication on their website or any of the hotel’s website indicating that there is dust, smell of glue, cement, paint and NO handicaps elevator available when I was there, I had to climb 2 huge set of stairs just to get to the 2nd floor evaluator! My daughter had asthma so he had to find another accommodation for her because she couldn’t stay here. The bathroom was dirty with hairs on and inside the bathtub, sink was clogged and the toilet didn’t want to flush! This hotel it’s located in a bad section of downtown Rochester. I learned my lesson PAY a little bit more and you shouldn’t have to deal with all off this stuff specially when you are paying to be able to rest! Drove 5 1/2 hours to encounter this nightmare. Complain to the hotel manager (Mike) he offer $40.00 off the bill which he never took care off.

清潔感があって、いいホテルでした。ベッドがなんだか気持ちよかったです。 バスタブが無かったのですが、それは部屋のグレードによるのかもしれません。 朝食は、サラダが無かったので、野菜があまり取れませんでしたが、アメリカのホテルはそういうものなのかもしれません。 ジムはまあまあですが、ウェイトの器具が少し使いにくいタイプでした。プールは使っていませんが、外から見たらいい感じでした。 周りに、あまり良いレストランが見つかりませんでした。もしかしたら、あったのかもしれませんが、コンシェルジュに聞かなかったので、近くにあったMortonsというステーキレストランに入りました。過大請求されましたが、それはホテルとは関係ありません。 総合的にまあまあ良いです。

We booked this hotel as it had been mentioned it was recently renovated. Unfortunately, there are still quite a lot of the hotel which is older/rundown. There are many parts of the hotel carpeting that have some sticky residue that you can feel on your shoes, although the room itself seems like it has newer updated carpeting. On the plus side the breakfast was remarkably good for a Fairfield; I'm a Platinum Marriot so have stayed in quite a few, but the kitchen staff are really doing a great job here. The not so good was our refrigerator was not cooling for the duration of our 2 day stay. We mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized but did not send maintenance out to swap it out, and quite frankly I only discovered it wasn't functioning in the evening after we got back to the room. There are other Fairfield and even Courtyards in the Rochester area that we have stayed at in the past; will be sticking with them in the future.
