「午前10時にホテルに到着しました。ホテルはすでに部屋とテントの準備と装飾を済ませており、子供たちへのおやつまで用意されていました。ファミリールームは家族連れに最適で、2つの部屋の間には2つのドアがあり、家族全員の利便性と各自のプライバシーが確保されていました。総じて、価格に見合った価値ある体験でした。」

「宿泊施設は美しく、ドームテントとキャビンの両方があります。私たちはキャビンルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋から美しい夕日と日の出を眺めることができました。チェックインもスムーズで、スタッフが荷物をホテルの車まで運んでくれて、車内で待機させてくれたので、そこから部屋まで送ってもらいました。サービスはとても丁寧でした。今回宿泊した部屋は一番端の方だったので、遮るものがなく、とても美しい景色を眺めることができました。」

「此次入住博樂夏爾西里大酒店，整體屬於中規中矩，有值得肯定的地方，但也存在不少硬傷，體驗褒貶不一。 值得認可的是酒店的餐飲配套，早餐種類豐富，中西結合搭配合理，用餐體驗很不錯；客房配備獨立浴缸，還貼心提供了一次性浴缸套，細節做得很到位，後續申領的防滑拖鞋也及時送達。在反饋WiFi失效、房間電話故障後，工作人員能夠及時上門檢修，問題也得到了解決，這點值得肯定。 但客房基礎硬件的穩定性仍有待提升，衞生間鏡前燈出現故障，電視投屏無法正常使用，房間也未配備紗窗，入住初期使用多有不便。前期諮詢投屏問題時，工作人員態度略顯不耐煩，索要防滑拖鞋時，前台未核實便直接答覆沒有，工作較為敷衍。 最讓人不滿的是退房高峯期的現場管理。中午11點正值退房客流高峯，酒店門口為臨時停靠區域，一輛黑色七座商務車長期佔道停放，嚴重影響通行，保安卻不在崗維護秩序。我為避免直接沖突，特意委託前台出面協調，沒想到工作人員處理後直接當眾點明是我反饋的問題，直接將矛盾轉嫁到客人之間，導致對方心生不滿，對我們表現出不友好的態度。酒店安保秩序管理缺位，處理問題缺乏基本分寸，極易激化客客矛盾。 總體來説，酒店在餐飲、衞浴細節上有可取之處，但硬件品控、員工服務意識與現場管理能力，仍有很大的改進空間。」

「We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.」
