「受付係のリリーは優しくて礼儀正しく、プロフェッショナルで効率的でした。ホテルはとてもきれいでした。部屋に入るとすぐに目が明るくなり、衛生基準は私の期待を直接上回りました。重度の清潔さは安心できます。家全体に独特の臭いはなく、床、窓枠、ベッドサイドテーブル、ワードローブの角、テーブルと椅子の隙間はすべてきれいに拭かれ、ペーパータオルで拭き取ってほこりの死角はありません。寝具は真新しい白くて平らな純綿生地です。マットレスは適度に硬く、サポート感も良好です。高さの異なる2つの枕が装備されています。柔らかい枕か硬い枕が好きかどうかにかかわらず、横になってすぐに旅の疲れを取り除くことができます。遮音効果は素晴らしく、廊下や通りの騒音は完全に隔離されています。2泊連続で夜明けまで寝て、睡眠の質は満点です。」

「Cons Location was not accurate on Trip.com and the hotel messaged a different location Even though they were friendly it was difficult with young children/elderly AND luggage to climb a lot of stairs to get to hotel We were shocked at the amount of stairs to climb Some pictures of the hotel are not accurate as they have done changes I.e playroom for kids Train sounds from nearby freight trains will go through the night (train lovers may enjoy it hah) Pros Staff were extremely helpful to provide a lot of comfort and support to reduce mosquitos / make our stay enjoyable Breakfast was delicious Amenities were great The environment was great - lots of greenery and interesting stalls nearby Water park for the kids were great」
