老闆很熱情，來了就告訴我們溧陽怎麼玩，看我們老兩口帶着小孫子過來玩，給我們安排了朝南的房間，房間很整潔，床上用品很乾凈蓬鬆舒適，我帶的四件套都沒有用上，衞生間乾濕分離，使用很方便，早餐也很豐富，特別是稀飯菜包，是老頭的最愛，吃得很舒服。總之住了四晚，還沒有住夠，下次還會再來。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

意外と、一時的に予約したので、ホテルにはあまり期待していませんでした。その結果、ホテルに来てから最初の食事はホテルで予約した魚の頭のスープでした。魚臭いはありませんでした。烏米はとても柔らかいです。タケノコのタケノコはとても柔らかく、私の印象をいっぱいにします。翌日目が覚めてカーテンを開けると、広い視野を持つ丘と蓮の池の水が見えます。実際の環境は写真よりもさわやかになります。

房間藏在竹林深處，推窗即綠，閉眼是風穿過葉梢的風聲和蟬鳴聲。房內雅緻通透，客廳的復古吊燈打開後如星星撒落，整個屋子瞬間温柔，最驚喜的是桌上的花藝——花瓶裏插着新鮮樹葉、含苞的粉色荷花和一支青蓮蓬，簡簡單單卻野趣橫生，暖光灑在蓮蓬上，有種把山野請進屋內的自然之感，一家四口泡泡私湯，喝喝茶，非常愜意。後面還帶着倆孩子幾乎包場了無邊泳池，人少景美，早晚散步在天然氧吧，超治癒。唯一遺憾的是吃晚飯錯過了看螢火蟲的時間，但仍是很滿意的一次入住，有機會還會再來。

挺好的，喜歡前台的老闆娘小姐姐，客氣大方服務也好。房間推薦挺為客人着想，東西落下了還打電話來提醒我，幫我寄過來。 酒店餐食也不錯，早飯給種類很多。房間前台朝向竹海和温泉山莊，很不錯的。 環境忘拍了，就拍了個早飯

ホームステイの場所はとても良いです。南山竹海から徒歩56分です。外の通りは食事をする場所です。魚の頭のスープはおいしいです。タケノコは特に美味しいです。民俗施設はホテルほど良くはありませんが、女将もいます。荷物を手伝ってくれてとてもいいです。使い捨てバスバッグ1階に小さな中庭があり、外には竹林があり、環境も良く、蚊も多く、蚊取り線香も提供しています。
