Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Od momentu wejścia ma się wrażenie, że personelowi zależy na tym, aby pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Robiąc to, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy goście zostali zapamiętani, a ich potrzeby zostały spełnione. Doceniłem to, że pomimo pełnego obłożenia, nie tylko udało się dostać pokój wcześniej niż pierwotnie deklarowany czas, ale także zgodzono się (bez dodatkowych opłat) na opuszczenie go godzinę później. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to może trochę niewygodny jest brak bufetu, ale można to wytłumaczyć tym, że trudno byłoby go zmieścić w hotelowej restauracji, więc jedzenie jest dostarczane do stolików. Goście mogą jednak jeść do woli, a wybór potraw jest naprawdę zadowalający - w ramach każdego śniadania jest zawsze jedno danie na ciepło. Taras na dachu jest bardzo klimatyczny, gdzie można zarówno zjeść, jak i wypić drinka. Pokoje może nie są duże, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Jest nowocześnie i czysto. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is a**ospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean.

Excellent hotel, 5-star Somebody wrote here about breakfast - it is not a buffet, it is ordeted and brought to the table.. and yes, there is smoked salmon :) We got upgraded to the jacuzzi room, plenty of space, quiet room, excellent mattress. Mini Bar had water, still and sparkling

I loved our stay at the Caravita. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location was right in the middle of everything. The breakfast was amazing. The room was well equipped and clean. No views from windows bit we were barely in the room with so much to do in the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed on arrival. Pokey we windowless reception office/desk made us wonder what the room would be like. In fairness, once on our floor our opinion mellowed. Nicely floored and decorated. Room was very small. Just about adequate! TV had no English channels which was disappointing. Breakfast area nice, as were staff and brekkie content excellent. Catered for gluten-free well. Nice helpful staff. But main plus point was hotel location. An easy walk to all major attractions, and plenty of good pubs & restaurants around.

Super location. Rooms cozy, bathroom very nice with all things you might need. Breakfast very nice with possibility to choose hot meal from 3 options. Staff very friendly and polite. Roof top nice for evening drink. 200 m from Pantheon, 200 m from Trevi fountain and 300 m from Venice square. 110 % recomendations.

The hotel doesn't have loby. But it is in a good location. Junior suits space is enogh for a 3 person family. Aor condition was good. Bus station is against the hotel. Most attractions and best shops are near to the hotel and can be rich by some minutes walking. Breakfast was good.
