ホテル デ ルッシーは、地球上で最もロマンチックな街の中心にある素晴らしいホテルです。滞在するたびに、その美しさとサービスに感動します。特に、マリオと彼のスタッフと一緒に庭で朝食をとるのが大好きです。彼らは素晴らしい仕事をし、品ぞろえも完璧です。私たちはここに何度でも泊まりたいと思っています。

素晴らしいホテルで、スタッフはとても歓迎してくれて親切でした。私たちは5階の部屋に泊まりましたが、景色は限られていましたが、部屋自体はとても良かったです。毎朝の庭での朝食は楽しい経験でした。レストランのマネージャー、マリオ・シアシアさんは素晴らしく、魅力的でユーモアがあり、時間をかけてイタリア語を教えてくれました。

Came her with my wife to celebrate our anniversary Although we arrived late on that day but the hotel staff made it really special The hotel is basically an art gallery as you can see many paintings and sculptures as you walk through The breakfast is very good and what makes it more special is the warmth and hospitality of the restaurant crew The room was fabulous and the housekeeping is so good and meticulous The location is also very convenient making it within walking distance from many attractions

We’ve had such a nice stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the turndown service lovely. The breakfasts are fantastic and in a beautiful garden. Nice to be greeted by Mario every morning! In a perfect location in Rome right by all of the shopping and a quick 20 minute walk to most museums and churches.

Okay, where should I start? We have spent three nights in the Eternal City, two of them were at the "Hotel de Russie". And it was marvellous, breathtaking and outstanding from A to Z. Upon checking in, we were informed by the lovely man at the front desk (I am so sorry that I can't remember his name) that we have received a "little" upgrade. From a Classic Room to a Superior Suite. What a room! You can see our view from the attached picture, I could spend a whole afternoon just standing at the window of the suite looking into that breathtakingly beautiful garden. The outstanding Concierge Team (once again, I really can't remember their names, but this goes to all of them!) gave us priceless suggestions of what to see on Rome and made two dinner reservations that were 100% of what we were looking for. Thank you!! Breakfast was impeccable, please give the warmest greetings to Mario who took such good care of us - he's a real gem! We even got a little tour through the hotel by Giulia, the lovley Guest Relation Manager, who was so welcoming and charming from the check-in to check-out. Needless to say that the hotel is perfectly located directly at Piazza del Popolo, ideal for a City trip ad we did (and I assume for everything else, too). It was such a pleasure being your guests, enjoying your hospitality, your outstanding dedication to being amazing hosts and ambassadors for the City of Rome and the brand of Rocco Forte Hotels. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

A oasis in the center of the eternal city. Stepping inside the hotel, the elegance of the design, the tranquility embraces you. What I didn’t expect is the breakfast terrace. Sitting on a raised platform, with a tiered garden on top of it, the lush green ferns, citrus trees, the sound of fountain, just relax me so much. And the breakfast staff, especially the manager, are the most friendly I have ever come across around the world. Every morning, they welcome me with a big smile. coffee, cold cut, bread, cooked eggs, anything you want, they will bring to you. However, despite all the variety of choices, they said to me, it was only half of the answer. The ambience, the set up, the energy they bring to the guests are more important than food itself….. well said!
