アンフィテアトロ フラヴィオ(Hotel Anfiteatro Flavio)

Hôtel juste horrible, un service désastreux. Nous avions réservé une semaine dans cette hôtel. En arrivant, nous nous apercevons que la chambre qui nous est attribué se trouve en face de l’hôtel. Bon jusque là, pas trop de souci. Arrivé dans le bâtiment, il y avait un monticule de déchets. Il faisait sale. La chambre 0 confort. Draps sales, humidité dans la chambre, douche sale, matelas abîmé où on sort chacun des ressorts. Sans parler de la dame de l’accueil qui est juste désagréable et impoli alors que nous essayions de trouver un arrangement. A fuir !!!

Upon arrival it seemed alright at first. After speaking to the staff there they had no idea who we were and about her booking, after some discussion they finally figured it out. This shook me because they already asked me twice through email at what time we would arrive. Then the hotel staff took us to show us our room, we go OUT of the hotel and into a guesthouse in front of the hotel. That place was absolutely not at hotel standard but they sell themselves as a hotel and use a guesthouse also without telling people. The room: Had no wifi(even though the advertise it) No safe(even though the advertise it) No mini bar(even though the advertise it) The shower enclosure was falling apart. They also offer a luggage storage which we really needed, the storage isn't a storage they just leave your bags on the hallway. Clearly don't recommend anyone going to this place the only good thing about it was the location. Very unprofessional.

Had a lovely stay! The hotel is excellently located - a short walk from the Colosseum (you can see it from outside the hotel entrance), Trevi fountain, the Forum etc. The staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful! I was a bit flustered when I arrived due to the flight and they offered me a coffee and were very kind. The room was cosy and nicely decorated with a good sized shower. Overall, very good value!

Have been using this hotel since 2010 so normally just book when we are heading to Rome. However we would not use it again it is in desperate need of upgrading. We stayed in an apartment which didn't have enough cutlery for 2 people, decor was very tired, electric sockets hanging off the wall, just no attention to detail. When we went into the hotel the toilet had a broken seat and the roof top garden was very disappointing all the furniture was broken there was rubbish all over the floor and every table had ashtrays full of cigarettes. Check out was a nightmare. All the above is a shame as we used to love this hotel but unfortunately we will not be using it again.

We stayed in Adriano room Good cleaning, very small bathroom, we are regular people and we bearly fit in the shower. Good location really closed to colisseo. 15 min walk to fontana de Trevi NO WIFI - 👎🏻 Good breakfast but short period (from 8-10)

The hotel is close to the Colosseum, which is great. The room was ok, but the staff in the reception was not very nice. One of them misplaced one of our passports and insisted that we never gave it to her. A smile would have been nice.

La struttura si presenta curata e pulita. I titolari professionali e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Staff gentilissimo e premuroso. L'hotel è a pochi minuti dal Colosseo, Quirinale, ecc... a 15 dalla stazione Termini ed in zona tranquilla. Se dovessimo ritornare a Roma non avremmo dubbi ad alloggiare nuovamente qui.

Punto strategico come posizione a un passo dal colosseo ,la camera per due giorni non é stata pulita solo rifatto il letto con le stesse lenzuola.sopra nella testata del letto pieno di polvere.gli asciugami sporchi rimessi in ordine ma non cambiati.ma la nota dolente la colazione.ci sediamo arriva la signora che si occupa della colazione con un piatto con due saccotinj al cioccolato e un vassoio con tre fette di pancarré normale e tre fette integrali che unendosi usciva un toast classico,un toast integrale e il terzo era metà e metà 🤣🤣.ho chiesto alla cameriera cosa c era all interno del saccotino e mi é stato detto cioccolato tanto non c'è altro.io chiedevo solo per sapere che se fossero state vuote le avrei potute riempire con qualcosa.poi c erano delle fette di dolce ,joghurt e cereali.inoltre c era un vassoio di frutta con qualche mandarino tra cui uno ammuffito.

Quadruple chambre toute petite sur rue ( bruyante ) Propre malgré une salle de douche vétuste et une déco d’un autre temps . Le canapé lit n’était pas confortable du tout . Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais les produits de piètre qualité . Odeur de cigarette au premier étage en sortant de notre chambre :( il y a une smoking room près de la réception au rdc. Malgré cela , le personnel est accueillant, souriant . Le personnel des chambres d’étage rend les chambres tous les matins immaculées. J’ai été très bien conseillé pour un restaurant dans le quartier . Et on est évidemment à 5 min du Colisée , on paie le prix fort pour l’emplacement. En résumé , un hôtel qui bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal avec un personnel accueillant mais l’hôtel a besoin d’une petite Reno /)
