住過最差勁的酒店了 不是24h前台，晚到了沒人管 房間隔音奇差無比，一大早又是小孩吵鬧又是服務員打掃衞生的聲音，吵得無法睡覺。 沒有行李寄存服務，前台服務員全都着急下班。真的很差勁，不推薦住宿。

Room was clean and modern. We just needed an one night stay to catch a flight next day so it was and it next to the Rome train terminal which was super convenient. There was nobody to greet us since I thought it was a hotel but we were given email instruction how enter the building and the room. The building brim the outside is a bit worn as it is with most buildings in Rome But when you go in to the room it’s bright and clean and modern. Would stay here again if I needed a convenient over night stay.

Lovely little find! Very close to the Main train station in Rome. Double gated, and a very lovely receptionist, and lovely room (not massive but adequate). Simple breakfast in the morning. We booked as we only had one night in Rome and got the train from the airport to Roma Termini and then the following day to the sea port. Perfectly positioned for this with just a few minutes walk

Alloggio con pochi pregi e molti difetti. Comodo perché vicino alla stazione ma naturalmente il quartiere non è dei migliori. Si trova in un condominio che avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione. Ristrutturato con gusto in stile minimal ma fin troppo: non c’è l’armadio ne’ cassettiere ma solo grucce appendiabiti, 1 solo comodino, 1 solo sgabello, niente cuscini o coperte in più. Camera per 3 + culla davvero piccolissima, bagno carino ma 1 solo rotolo di carta (già aperto) e qualche manutenzione da fare (il led dello specchio ad intermittenza). Colazione inqualificabile: nemmeno a casa è così scarsa: 1 solo cornetto a testa. Ne ho chiesto un altro ma mi ha detto di no perché erano contati. Pochissime altre cose da mangiare o bere. Al check out non ci hanno permesso di tenere i bagagli nemmeno per poche ore. Per non parlare dei bambini: totale assenza di misure di sicurezza (balconcino non a norma) e scalini. Culla senza nemmeno la coperta (sovrapprezzo culla 10 euro). Insomma: il prezzo è assolutamente fuori misura e sproporzionato a quello che offrono. Non ci tornerei.

I needed to cancel my reservation. (I emailed and gave the reservation number but got no reply. (I booked directly with Suite Inn in Rome.) I However, when I tried to email to cancel, they were not helpful. 1. First--my computer kept telling me it was a suspicious site. 2. When I called, I was rudely told to cancel through the third party site that I booked through. I told them that I booked directly and they hung up on me. 4. After at least five tries and me doubting myself as to how I booked, I was finally provided a link to cancel. CANCELING TOOK ABOUT FIVE HOURS OF MY TIME NEGOTIATING THE CANCELLATION OF MY RESERVATION.

Abbiamo dormito qui una notte, eravamo di passaggio. Comodo, di fronte alla stazione, precisamente quasi di fronte ai binari del treno Leonardo. Colazione non varia. In camera neanche una sedia! Per una notte può andare bene, non di più.

Very clean, friendly, close to atttraction and transportation

The location is prefect, the rooms very clean and organized . We stayed for one day. The only problem since it was my first time in Italy Rome the place was hard to find we had to call to get direction , but it is not a big issue. Diffidently will come back. They have breakfast . The girl from Peru was very nice and polite.

This was ok, very simple, small. Yes it was bery clean. Reading other reviews, that seems to ne the consensus. But shouldn't that just be the minimum acceptable standard? And proximity to Termini train station. Ok, but so is another 50 hotels. So this is over-priced. Yes, it's Rome and Rome is awesome. But so is New York, Chicago, Madrid and for the price, hotel rooms would be much better, much much better in these other great cities. So overall, I recommend against this hotel. Also, door locks were the most troublesome I have seen anywhere in my many, many travels all over the world. We slept with door unlocked , even this PhD couldnt figure it out. No staff present after hours, no lonny, everytjinh very, very tiny.
