ナヴォーナ タワー ルレ(Navona Tower Relais)

This property is amazing, is an incredible old tower recently converted to a small family business, very friendly and you feel like you are at home far from home. Thanks to Marco for his patience and kindness.

Lovely apartment in great neighborhood, close to restaurants, Gelaterias, and only a block from Piazza Navona. We used the kitchen to make a few meals and had everything we needed.

This location is perfect for sightseeing in Rome, centrally located, allowing for easy access to many famous and historic points of interest within walking distance. The two bedroom room/apartment was great for our family of four. Plenty of dining and shopping located nearby, as well as nightlife. Price seems very reasonable for the location and accommodations provided. Some potential cons to consider: Hotel staff aren’t always on the premises and an appointment must be made for check-in. Location has some nightlife nearby, which could be a positive if your interested or not if you just want to get some rest. The stairwell to the rooms/apartments looks a little rough, but we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, good for families. Downsides are it is far from bus and metro stops, and lots of stairs (no elevators). However, close to lots of restaurants and safe location. Can walk everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful, easy check in.

Great location and the staff at check in were great. I had to contact them during my stay and they were very responsive and helpful. There’s no permanent reception so every is via the phone and checkin is via appointment. The apartment was comfortable and has everything you need. Bathroom had lots of mould high up on walls. The big problem was that noise from the street and surrounding bars at night. Especially Friday and Saturday. The windows are super thin and block almost no noise so you’ll have the pleasure of thumping music and no sleep until at least 2am. And then you have all the noise of people leaving bars / shouting / breaking glass for the next hour, followed by the glass bins being collected around 5am. It was so bad after 2 nights we decided to leave a day early and book another hotel. When we contacted the hotel to let them know they were very responsive and tried to help. They offered another room in the building or a room at another site and a taxi transfer at their expense. When we looked at reviews of the other site we decided against it as they were not good. When we asked about moving to another room in the building (as offered 30mins earlier) we were told it was miraculously not available. Stay here for the location and if you don’t mind sleeping in a nightclub.

Michelangelo room was great. Spacious with everything you needed and really quiet. Marco was an incredible host. Wanted to do everything he could to give us a wonderful stay. The location was fabulous right near piazza novona. So so happy with our choice. And stop by next door for a drink at iFratellini where Lorenzo runs a beautiful place.

Booked a two night stay but left after the first night because it was impossible to sleep with the noise. The restaurants/bars below us were blasting music until 2 am. The bed was so uncomfortable. They could easily buy a new comfortable bed with the amount I was charged for just one night.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Check in and staff were totally fine but the accommodations deserve 0/5. The bed is a 6” mattress with a top sheet on a pull out metal frame. When asked for another blanket we were given another top sheet. The shower is so so small you can barely turn around in it. Everytime the toilet flushes it rattles the room with how loud it was. Lastly and the absolute worst piece is this hotel is over a restaurant and late night bar. It shook the entire room there was zero sleep. We had this booked for two nights but left after the first night and ate the cost because it was truly so so horrible.
