Firstly, when we arrived at the B& B, the receptionist couldn't comprehend that we had booked a room for three nights at this accommodation, thus, he had to call the owner several times before to ensure that our booking was authentic. Moreover, his command of English was rather incomprehensible, so it was difficult to understand him. Secondly, I had noticed in the hallway there were clear signs that customers were prohibited from smoking as well respecting the quiet hours, but the rules weren't respected due to the stench of tobacco and the raucous that we had to endure during our stay. Finally, I noticed that the showerhead had been broken, hence why there was just a trickle of water coming out, thus we were not able to wash thoroughly. Thereafter, we were incensed, so I made a complaint in which the receptionist had preferred to sleep rather than respond to my request.
