位置好到確實驚訝到我，就在西班牙廣場附近，LV店就是在斜對面。民宿包含早餐，可以送到房間。但如果是行動不便，或者拿大件行李的朋友就要謹慎考慮，要自己拿上樓梯。還有就是我們去到六點了，酒店下午五點下班，但給我們註明房間，插好鑰匙。還是推薦入住，很驚喜！

Beautiful place in a perfect location. We’ll certainly be back next time we’re in Rome. Highly recommended!

Charming accommodations. Difficult to find. We arrived too early to check in and they were gracious to store our bags for us. Very steep, narrow staircase was difficult to climb with luggage. No assistance there. Two days before our arrival we received texts to let them know what time we would arrive and were instructed to order our breakfasts for the days we were to be there. We did so and then were asked again to do it when we got there. Apparently they forgot that we had done so earlier. Construction seemed to be ongoing late into the night and early morning. Lost power for 12 hours the first night with no communication from the management. Very noisy location made it hard to rest well. Room was comfortable and clean, however. Not the worst place, but certainly did not meet expectations for the price we paid. Did not seem to be a secure building but the location didn’t seem to be unsafe either. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Teichnersuite is a gem location. Alessia is a wonderful host who made us feel welcomed. When we arrived we were greeted by Vincent. He was very helpful with every requests that we needed. Charmin was also so pleasant, she delivered our breakfast every morning with a smile! I will truly never forget our stay here. When we plan another trip to Rome this is where we will definitely be staying. The rooms are clean, its quiet, and we felt safe. Every tourist site was within walking distance and Uber was also available in case you needed one. We can't wait to come back.

Hotel staff, Vincent, was professional and attentive to our needs. Hotel is located close to all major attractions.

We were excited to be in Rome again, probably our last visit to this beautiful & vibrant city. When we arrived we were breathless to see 20 narrow and steep steps staring at us! Victor quickly came to our rescue and lugged our 2 suitcases, 1 hanging bag and 2 backpacks more than 20 steep steps up to the room. Thank goodness for his help. Each morning Jermaine delivered an ample continental breakfast…fresh, delicious croissants, toast, chocolate chip cookies, assorted jams, cappuccino and tea. And she managed our luggage down the steps when we left! The unit is large bright space with a table & 3 chairs, a sofa, plenty of kitchen items and a big bonus: Air conditioning! Property is not handicap friendly. There are 20 steps into the unit and four steps within the room to get to the bathroom. I have a significant balance problem and steps are not my friend. When considering a property it isn’t enough to look at the rating, the location, the size of the room, and if there is king bed. NOTE: Ask if there is an elevator before booking! No water…it will cost 2.50€ from the adjoining cafe but hubby found a well stocked, modern grocery store close…6 bottles of water = 1.90€. Location, location, location...perfect!

I like meet much the professionalism of the staff and location. Dislike can be the stairs but nothing you can do, it is part of the experience of lovely place!

Hidden Gem Close to All I could not have chosen a better place to stay while in Rome. Property well appointed, clean, and spacious for my family of four which includes two young boys (6 and 2). We stayed for 5 nights. Air conditioning worked great which was a relief as our stay was during a heatwave. Windows offered a nice view of the Piazza. Although the two nearby restaurants stayed open late, we had no problems going to sleep. Many restaurant options are within a good walking distance. We were close to all of the main tourist attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain which was less than 10 minutes walk away. A good variety of nice eateries and gelato shops. Taxi stands within close distance. Property owner was always reachable, pleasant, and made great recommendations for sightseeing. I would definitely stay at this property again on our next visit to Rome.
