プラティ 25.7 スイーツ イン ローマ(Prati 25.7 Suites in Rome)

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, Self Check-In hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, gute Metro Anbindung und Gegend mit vielen Restaurants, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: Unangenehmer Abflussgeruch im Bad.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a novembre 2023. Al check in ci è sembrato tutto molto carino ma il problema fondamentale, oltre l odore persistente di fogna in stanza ed il materasso affossato, è stato ritrovare le lenzuola stracolme di peli. Credo non siano state proprio cambiate. Contattata la proprietaria della struttura ci ha indicato dove trovate la biancheria pulita ed alle 24 circa ci siamo ritrovati a dover effettuare in autonomia il cambio lenzuola.

Good place to stay, just a normal room nothing special good location very central. We did not see the host during our stay and cleaning could be improved

Owner of the property was very helpful, was always there for advice. Checkin similar to airbnb which is fine but was easy enough. Room was clean, bed comfortable and had aircon. Was there to see Rome so wasn't in the room much. Area was nice and not overcrowded like hotels right in the Roma city centre. Area had plenty of places to eat. 30min walk to town centre. Used local taxi to and from Ciampino which cost set price of €31. Overall more than happy with my stay here

We had a great experience and the area was safe and walkable to the main attractions. However I suggest the hotel should clean the kettle regularly as I found out the water after boiling , there were impurities because of the sunk things at the bottom .

Super pour tout juste un peu bruyant au niveau des portes extérieures... Mais franchement tout est super et le personnel aussi.

Really great place if you decide to stay in rome Safe in the night time,really close to the main sites Room is clean and updated Good breakfast at the Catanese cafe 200m away from the place! Fabiana is a good manager and she will make sure you get the best stay!

Excellent location - we walked easily to get breakfast lunch dinner and to the main sites. Although it was 20-45 mins walk it was well worth it to see the city! We felt safe and although this was like an BnB there was housekeeping and extra toiletries available right outside the room. The downside to this room was the sewage smell and construction upstairs. The host was very on top of the service and instructions and made it easy to communicate with. We appreciated the rose petals!!

Clean updated suite in great location. The host was extremely helpful. Thanks for the great hospitality!
