Our on-site hostess was very gracious and accommodating. Bedroom was simple, comfortable and neat The location proved to be exceedingly convenient to Rome’s Central train station, tour buses and taxis. Best transportation bet to & from airport is the Leonardo Express, much quicker and cheaper than taxis. We also used train transportation to reach Rome from a cruise port 42 km away.

We had a wonderful stay and Severine was a lovely host. The location is perfect just next to Roma Termini and at a walkable distance to most of the main sights. Our only complaint would be that the room doors don't block the noise coming from other guests in the corridor. Other than that we were really satisfied with our stay!

Great stay here. Séverine was very attentive and accommodating. Comfortable room, bed, and nice, continental breakfast delivered to our room. The room was quiet even though it was handy to the train station.

Loved the location and beautiful breakfast. The landlady was very attentive. Clean rooms comfortable beds right opposite Roma terminal. We had the twin room which has its bathroom out of the room in the hallway, being elderly this was a problem for me as you go out into a dark hallway until the light comes on then one step into the bathroom, then you key the door shut and it must disturb the other guests as the fan is noisey it is the only fault with this property.

Excellent location!! Walking access to Attractions, shopping, restaurants and transportations. Trimini train station is across the street Seferina is a great host!! room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately the room bathroom was outside our room which we don't enjoy. Definately is a great place to stay if you visiting Rome!

The room was very nice and very clean, we liked the breakfast, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to do sightseeing and travel by train (it's right next to the train station). It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, and the bust stop of the sightseeing buses is right next to the train station.

Gérante autoritaire, nous avions l'impression d'être dans une prison et non pas dans une maison d'hôtes. Le jour de notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous informe qu'il faut payer des frais supplémentaires pour un check-in tardif, pire encore, lors de notre arrivée en bas de l'immeuble, nous avons essayé d'appeler la propriétaire pas mal de reprise, mais, en vain. Heureusement, il y avait un voisin de passage qui nous a ouvert la porte principale pour qu'on puisse monter à l'étage. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre, nous étions dans l'obligation d'en prendre dans des cafés en dehors de la maison d'hôtes pendant les trois jours. La propriétaire, nous a demandé de quitter la chambre à 10h si non, elle ne va pas faire notre chambre très sombre parce qu'elle a des choses à faire !!!!! Le jour de notre départ, nous étions informé que le check-out est prévu à 10h du matin, du jamais vu sur les cinq continents ! Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons laisser nos bagages dans le hall de la maison sous autorisation de la propriétaire, nous somme mis d'accord qu'on reviens chercher nos bagages à 14h pour partir à l'aéroport. Malheureusement, la propriétaire a fait exprès de changer le code d'entrée dans l'appartement, nous avons essayé de la joindre par téléphone, par sms, par WhatsApp, par mail...... mais, en vain. Nous sommes rester plus qu'une heure et demi devant la porte, jusqu'à l'arrivée d'une autre cliente qui a pu ouvrir la porte avec le nouveau code et enfin, nous avons récupéré nos bagages , par contre, nous étions obligés de commander un taxi pour ne pas rater notre vol à destination de Rabat. Je ne vous recommande pas cette maison d'hôtes, parce que vous allez vivre une catastrophe et en plus, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment loin d'une valeur de presse 100 € par nuit.

L'alloggio è pulito, ordinato, completo di bollitore, doccia ampia, frigobar assortito. La signora è squisita, disponibile a indicazioni e chiarimenti. Al mattino la colazione in camera è una vera coccola per quantità e qualità del cibo. La zona è quella che è, siamo a ridosso della stazione, ma proprio per questo servitissima e quindi comoda. Che dire? Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici!

Il posto si trova di fronte alla stazione Termini, quindi ottimo punto perché puoi muoverti da lì si tutta Roma.poato ultrapulitissimo, ambiente semplice e minimal nuovo, wifi, colazione ottima.siamo stati accolti da Severine e il marito che si sono mostrati da subito gentilissimi e disponibili.per colazione mi sono venuti incontro avendo un'intolleranza al lattosio.ci torniamo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza dubbio.
