This hotel is inappropriately classified as four stars. In my experience it is a three star hotel. The location is really prime, but that's really the best part of the experience. The staff is also very professional and friendly. The hotel is decorated in a modern, minimalist, Ikea style (the bedding is literally from Ikea), but with poor finishing, especially bathroom. Our room was quite spacious, but without natural daylight. The window is actually an installation shaft. The statement that it is an "inner view" is misleading. The heating of the room can be individually regulated, but not the bathroom, which is only heated in the morning and evening. The cleaning of the room (especially the bathroom) is not at a high level. Towels were changed after three days, upon request. There is a heater for hot drinks in the room, but coffee was only available on the first day (out of four). Breakfast was average with only one generic cheese and one type of bread. The coffee was excellent. I recommend the hotel in case of a good price offer. The Mercure brand is not suitable within the Accor corporation, it belongs to the quality of their Ibis brand.
