ホテル ジオット フラビア(Hotel Giotto Flavia)

stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I have nothing to complain about for a 2stars hotel. Breakfast was good, room was good and location was good too with may restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel staff was ready to help in everything, they even took care of our transfers from hotel to airport and vice versa. Both drivers Germano Pofi and the other which I can’t recall his name were very professional and friendy. Highly recommend the hotel and the taxi drivers who can be booked with the hotel.

Siamo stati qui ieri, esperienza pessima...sporchissimo è dire poco. Siamo andati via subito,ovviamente pagando la penale nn avendo neppure dormito...è facile trovarsi dalla parte dell'albergatore... ma a volte credo sia giusto mettersi anche dalla parte del cliente...ma forse per il signor. Alessio il guadagno viene prima di tutto. Ma per fortuna abbiamo subito trovato di meglio.. Sicuramente un esperienza indimenticabile ma in negativo.

When we arrived we had been upgraded to a recently decorated room for our 1st 2 nights. Room was lovely with a wet room shower behind the bed and lovely bathroom. We then had to move to the other room for our last 2 nights and what a come down. Although very clean it really was very tired. No kettle or glasses to drink from (other room had these) and I would have thought this would be a basic provision. Marks up the walls that probably a wipe would have removed them. Staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fine although room very small. Once you get your bearings it's about a 10 minute walk to the centre. Nice restaurants close by and the hotel just up the street (Marcella Royal) had a lovely roof terrace that you could sit and have drinks in. Loved Rome. Collusemium is a must.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel but the service was great, staff was nice and very helpful. The beds were comfortable, great free breakfast spread with strong coffee and pastries. It's a great location as well. I would return to this hotel when I'm in Rome.

Meglio non commentare, bagno senza bidet, sporcizia ovunque mai più nella vita. Colazione con bottiglie già aperte , condizionatore non funzionante e ventola sul soffitto con rumori che davano cenni di caduta imminente. Rumori dalla strada di ogni tipo, non lo consiglierei nemmeno al peggior nemico.

The staff were very friendly but the room is extremely dated. We had one useable plug. The toilet didn’t flush. The mirror seemed to have electricity shooting across it. The bunk beds looked unsafe but they worked so that’s kinda moot. It was cheaper than most places and the location is good. Breakfast is good too!

L'hotel è in posizione strategica ottima per visitare i luoghi principali di Roma, la stanza per 4 persone è piccola, il bagno di 3mq....peccato anche per il parcheggio convenzionato...per 40 euro al giorno la macchina me la porto a dormire in stanza. La pulizia è a dir poco scarsa, polvere ovunque mai tolta. Con una bella pulita il giudizio sarebbe diverso. Inoltre 6 mini bagnoschiuma tutti uguali per 4 persone è poco...e i bicchieri di plastica in bagno andrebbero sostituiti con altri di vetro.

Stayed here one night before getting on a cruise. Was very basic but suited our needs. Floor, bed, bathroom was clean. Maybe could have done with a dust but that’s being picky. Shower didn’t look like it was going to account to much but was powerful. Very tight for room getting past the double bed into the bathroom & also sat in the toilet with your chin practically on top of the sink! But for one night it was fine! Hotel is on the second floor of the building & there’s a small lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. Breakfast was served in a little room - very basic - bread, meat, cheese & pastries basically. Would recommend to someone that didn’t mind being a bit tight for space to manoeuvre round the room & was maybe staying just one night.

El hotel ocupa un piso de un edificio sucio, con problemas edilicios y con un ascensor que da para 2 personas y funciona muy mal. Falta higiene en espacios comunes y la seguridad no es buena, a partir de las 19hs no hay ningún tipo de personal, apenas unas cámaras muy sencillas. No sale agua caliente de la ducha y además es muy pequeña. La habitación con up grade es minúscula. Lo único bueno es la voluntad que aporta el Sr de la recepción y el desayuno, que lo llevan a la habitación porque no hay otro espacio para tomarlo.
