アル マンシア ホテル(Al Manthia Hotel - Gruppo Trevi Hotels)

地下鉄とテルミニ駅に近い絶好のロケーションにあるホテルで、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。唯一の欠点は、朝食が部屋に含まれておらず、カプチーノとクロワッサンに15ユーロと観光税7.5ユーロを支払ったことです。 4つ星なので（もちろんホテルとは関係ありません）

很擠很小，電梯要等很久，被子居然沒縫合住…然後我們選的兩個單人床，checkin的時候忘記確認了直接給的大床房，也懶得換了…前台服務倒是挺好

Too hot the temperature inside of the room and no possibility to control it. Even in February the temperature was extrémela high, around 28. At the end going out and coming in we suffered with this temperature variations . Good and clean but too hot.

Perfect location and felt very safe! Rooms were well set up. I wish I could have stayed a few more nights here!

not for people with mobility issues. bed in stairs loft and bathroom on first floor. joseph wasnt overly friendly or helpful. other staff members went above. nice private bath and conveniently located. do not have shuttle service but can call you a taxi.if booking in advance add an additional charge. airport taxi twenty more than stated on website, coffee and tea not restocked and unwilling to replinish

Polite front desk staff, decent location and clean (small) rooms. That's the positives!! Breakfast would be good for some, probably most, just not for me. Excellent choice of jams! Too many customers for kitchen staff to keep up so much of the food picked through or they were out of. We did have money stolen from our room and the front desk staff willing to do NOTHING to compensate or do anything about... don't trust the safe or leaving a little change on the night stand. Air conditioning was very poor with hot rooms. Somewhat loud through the walls. Have to pay for TV, which they don't tell you! Beds are VERY hard. I'm 47 and an athlete, still had sore hips and shoulders upon awakening. Overall, mediocre hotel and not worth what we paid for the 3 nights. BUT, like I said, front desk staff very polite and clean rooms.

We arrived here 7 people ( 4 adults snd 3 kids) in two rooms while the room for 3 was reasonable (though extremely small) the room for 4 was awful. No place at all for luggage and risky stairs. The reception was unwilling to help and very aggressive. The breakfast was insufficient and people had yo wait for a place yo have a sit. The location is good but rather than that it is not recommended at all

The agent made a mistake in the room they gave me at the hotel and the reception at the hotel was unwilling to try to help me because the reservation was not made directly with the hotel. Besides, there was a wall in front of the window of the room and the hotel was very crowded, especially a lot of stairs
